Միացյալ Նահանգները պատրաստ է աշխատել Ադրբեջանի ու Հայաստանի հետ ցանկացած ձևաչափով, որին կհամաձայնվեն կողմերը և որտեղ վերջիններս կարող են առաջընթաց գրանցել, արձագանքել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարությունը՝ ի պատասխան «Ամերիկայի ձայնի» հայկական ծառայության հարցմանը՝ կապված ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ձևաչափի ապագայի և դրա շուրջ ամերիկյան կողմի դիրքորոշման հետ:

Պետքարտուղարությունն իր պատասխանում ընդգծել է.

«Միացյալ Նահանգների կառավարությունն աջակցում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ջանքերին՝ հասնելու կայուն և արժանապատիվ խաղաղության համաձայնագրին։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք աշխատել երկու կողմի հետ ցանկացած ձևաչափով, որի շուրջ կողմերը կարող են գալ համաձայնության և որտեղ կարող են գրանցել առաջընթաց»,- հայտնել են ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարությունից:
