Անկլավները հանձնելու դեպքում Հայաստանը կկորցնի արտաքին աշխարհին կապող ճանապարհները․ Տիգրանաշենում անհանգիստ չեն

«Եթե Տիգրանաշենը հանձնվի Ադրբեջանին, ճանապարհի հետ լուրջ խնդիր ենք ունենալու». այս մասին մեկ անգամ չէ, որ հայտարարել են քաղաքագետները, անգամ՝ քարտեզագիրները, ընդգծելով, որ Տիգրանաշենը հանձնելու դեպքում Երևանը՝ Վայոց ձորին, Սյունիքին, ըստ այդմ՝ Իրանին կապող միջպետական մայրուղու մի հատվածի վերահսկողությունը կանցնի Ադրբեջանին՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր բացասական հետևանքներով: Իսկ ամբողջական սահմանազատումից հետո՝ խնդիրներ կլինեն նաև Վրաստան տանող ճանապարհի հետ։
Անդրադառնալով Տիգրանաշենի հանձնման հարցին դեռ ամիսներ առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պնդել էր, որ չկա այնպիսի անկլավ, որի հանձնումը անլուծելի ճանապարհային խնդիրներ առաջացնի. «Ես ուզում եմ, որ մենք էդ հարցի արժեքը չգերագնահատենք։ Որովհետև տենց անկլավ չկա, որը մեզ համար առաջացնի ճանապարհային էնպիսի պրոբլեմ, որը անլուծելի ա»,- նշել էր Փաշինյանը։ Նա նաև ասել է, որ ՀՀ 29 հազար 743 քառակուսի կիլոմետր տարածքը փոփոխության չի ենթարկվի, այդ թվի մեջ չտեղավորելով Տիգրանաշեն բնակավայրը։
Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման-սահմանագծման 2-րդ փուլը՝ անկլավների «փոխադարձ» հանձնումը, պետք է մեկնարկեր օգոստոսի 15-ից։ Սակայն, Տիգրանաշենի վարչական ղեկավար Լյուդվիգ Ստեփանյանը սուտ տեղեկություններ որակեց Տիգրանաշենի հանձնումը։
«Դրանք սուտ տեղեկություններ են, որ լսում ենք ամեն օր։ Տիգրանաշենում ոչինչ չի փոխվել, մարդիկ իրենց առօրյայով են զբաղված, իրենք էլ են մամուլից տեղեկանում թե իբր գյուղը հանձնվում է։ Որևէ մեկին որևէ գումարի չափ չի առաջարկվել»,- MediaHub-ին ասաց Ստեփանյանը։
Վարչական ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ գյուղի հանձնման լուրերն իրենց համար սովորական առօրյայի մաս են, քանի որ դրա մասին խոսվում է տարիներ շարունակ։
«Եվ անգամ վարչապետի մակարդակով նման խոսակցություն, հայտարարություն չկա»,-հավելեց նա։
