Արսենյանին դեսպան նշանակեցին

Նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի երեկվա հրամանագրով՝ Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը հետ է կանչվել Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանի պաշտոնից։ Նախագահի մեկ այլ հրամանագրով՝ Գուրգեն Արսենյանը նշանակվել է Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպան (նստավայրը՝ Մոսկվա)։ Ռուսաստանում դեսպանի փոփոխության մասին լուրեր շրջանառվում են գրեթե մեկ տարի։ Նշվում էր, որ ռուսական կողմը համառորեն չի հաստատում Գուրգեն Արսենյանի ագրեմանը՝ հաշվի առնելով նրա նախկին հակառուսական հայտարարությունները։
Ամիսներ առաջ 1or.am-ը բացառիկ տեղեկություններ հաղորդեց, որ ագրեմանը հաստատվել է, բայց ոչ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի, այլ նախագահական աշխատակազմի կողմից։ Օգոստոսի սկզբին հաղորդվեց, որ Արսենյանը մանդատից հրաժարվելու դիմում է ներկայացրել խորհրդարանին։
Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանն էր 2022-ի հունվարից։ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո նա կարճ ժամանակ զբաղեցրեց պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնը, ապա և նշանակվեց դեսպան։ Հարությունյանը մշտապես հայտնի է եղել իր ռուսամետ կողմնորոշմամբ։ Վերջերս էլ Երևանում, դեսպանահավաքի ընթացքում հասցրել էր վիճել Ուկրաինայում ՀՀ դեսպան Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանի հետ, երբ վերջինս հակառուսական ինչ-որ արտահայտություն էր արել։ Հարությունյանի պաշտոնանկության համար առանցքային պատճառ դարձավ հուլիսի սկզբին ուկրաինական հրետակոծության ենթարկված Բելգորոդ կատարած այցելությունը։ «Այստեղ կարելի է զգալ միայն մեկ զգացում` կարեկցանք, այս վշտի ողջ մասշտաբի ըմբռնում։ Եվ, բնականաբար, ցանկություն է առաջանում, որ այս ամենն արագ ավարտվի»,-ասել էր Հարությունյանը։
Դրանից հետո իշխանության տարբեր օղակներից, նաև արևմտամետ քաղաքական ուժերից պահանջներ էին հնչում Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանին շուտափույթ հեռացնելու վերաբերյալ։ Թե ինչպես է պատրաստվում Գուրգեն Արսենյանը բարելավել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները, դժվար է ասել։ Մեծ հավանականությամբ, նրան նշանակելով դեսպան՝ Փաշինյանը հերթական հակառուսական քայլն է անում՝ արևմտյան հովանավորներին ցույց տալով, որ կատարում է նրանց պահանջները։
