Ո՞վ և ինչո՞ւ է խոչընդոտներ ստեղծել ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի համաժողովի անցկացման համար. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Օրերս Երևանում կայացել է «ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի եւ ՇՀԿ-ի հետ Հայաստանի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի համագործակցության նոր հորիզոններ» միջազգային համաժողովը, որի նպատակը, ինչպես կազմակերպիչներն են նշում , ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի մասին հայկական քաղաքական վերնախավի և հասարակության իրազեկվածության բարձրացումն է:
Համաժողովի նախաձեռնող, կազմկոմիտեի նախագահ, «Իմ երկիր, իմ Հայաստան» շարժման ղեկավար Մհեր Ավետիսյանը նշում է, որ Հայաստանի համար շահեկան է դիտարկել ինտեգրումը ԲՐԻԿՍ-ին։ «Հայաստանի կարևորագույն ռազմական դաշնակիցը՝ Ռուսաստանը, ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի հիմնադիր անդամ է. այս տարի կառույցին է միացել նաև հարավային բարեկամ հարևանը՝ Իրանը։ Միայն այս երկու երկրների ներկայությունը կազմակերպությունում պետք է նրա նկատմամբ հայկական քաղաքական դաշտի և հասարակության կողմից առաջացնի հետաքրքրություն և, ինչու ոչ, ԲՐԻԿՍ-ին անդամակցելու ցանկություն»,- ասում է Ավետիսյանը։
Նա ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանի առևտրաշրջանառության ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշները ՌԴ-ի, ԱՄԷ-ի և Չինաստանի հետ են, որոնք ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի անդամներ են: Ավետիսյանը միևնույն ժամանակ նշել է, թե ակնհայտ է, որ անգլոսաքսոնական աշխարհը պայքար է մղում ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի երկրների հետ, բայց դա չի թուլացնում կազմակերպությունը, հակառակը։
Ի դեպ, այս համաժողովը զերծ չի մնացել նաև քաղաքական որոշակի «ենթատեքստից»: Ի սկզբանե նախատեսվում էր համաժողովն անցկացնել Հայաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի մեծ դահլիճում: Սակայն ինչինչ պատճառներով հրաժարվել են տրամադրել այդ դահլիճը: Հետո հայտարարվեց, որ համաժողովը կայանալու է Հայ-ռուսական պետական համալսարանի հարթակում: Սակայն, ի վերջո, այն կայացել է «Մոսկվայի տուն» կենտրոնի դահլիճում։
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս բոլոր խոչընդոտները թելադրված են եղել իշխանությունների կողմից՝ ամենաբարձր մակարդակով: Մեր տեղեկություններով, խանգարելու փորձերը սրանով չեն ավարտվել: Թե էլ ինչ խնդիրներ են եղել, փորձեցինք ճշտել Մհեր Ավետիսյանից, սակայն նա միայն նշեց, որ ինքն առանձին անդրադարձ է կատարելու համաժողովի հետ կապված բոլոր «այդ անհեթեթություններին»:
