Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրում է. ««Վերադառնանք Զանգեզուրի հարցին. այստեղ, առաջին հերթին, հարկ է հիշել. Արևմտյան Զանգեզուրի հողերը Հայաստանին հանձնելը բացահայտ անարդարություն էր և՛ Ադրբեջանի՝ որպես պետության, և՛ ադրբեջանցի ժողովրդի նկատմամբ։ Եվ այս անարդարությունը պետք է շտկվի։ Եվ դա կարվի։ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը բազմիցս ընդգծել է, որ մենք կվերադառնանք Զանգեզուր։ Ե՞րբ և ինչպե՞ս։ Պետության ղեկավարը դա լավ գիտի և իր քաղաքականության մեջ շատ կարևոր տեղ է հատկացնում այդ ռազմավարությանը։ Նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն ինքը կորոշի այս հարցը, ուստի խառնվելու կարիք չկա»։

Սա հատված է Ադրբեջանի պետական գերատեսչությունների կողմից կառավարվող կայքերից մեկի այսօրվա հրապարակումից, որը գալիս է փաստելու, որ Ադրբեջանը ոչնչից չի հրաժարվել և պատրանքներով ապրել պետք չի, այլ պետք է հստակ հասկանալ հակառակորդի ծրագրերի ու աշխատել դրանք խափանելու ուղղությամբ։

Իսկ թե ինչու է Ադրբեջանն ասել, որ ապաշրջափակման հարցերը դուրս են թողնվում այսպես կոչված «խաղաղության պայմանագրից», ապա դրա պատասխանը պարզ է։

Նախ, Ադրբեջանի համար այդ թուղթը կարևոր չի, իրենք հստակ ցույց են տվել, որ իրենց պետք է գործընթաց, որից շահում են առավելագույնը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է ապաշրջափակմանը, ապա այստեղ բարդ աշխարհաքաղաքական պայքար է․ Ադրբեջանն էլ վաղուց հասկացել է դա և փորձում է այդ ամենից մաքսիմալ օգուտ քաղել՝ չգնալով առճակատման այն դերակատարների հետ, որոնցից վտանգ է զգում»։
