Քննարկվել են ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի համաշխարհային ժառանգության ցանկում մի քանի հուշարձանների ընդգրկման հարցերը

ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունում կազմակերպվել է հանդիպում, որտեղ քննարկվել են պատմության և մշակույթի մի քանի անշարժ հուշարձաններ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի Համաշխարհային ժառանգության նախնական և հիմնական ցանկերում ընդգրկելու հարցը:

ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից տեղեկացնում են, որ քննարկմանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ պատմության և մշակույթի հուշարձանների պահպանության վարչության, ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության, «Պատմամշակութային ժառանգության գիտահետազոտական կենտրոն», ՀՀ ԳԱԱ «Հնագիտության և ազգագրության ինստիտուտ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի պատասխանատուները, ինչպես նաև համապատասխան փորձագետներ։ Քննարկվել են «Տիրինկատար հնավայրի վիշապաքարերը և մշակութային լանդշաֆտը» հայտը ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի Համաշխարհային ժառանգության հիմնական ցանկում ընդգրկելու հարցերը, ժամանակացույցը, խնդիրները։ Որոշվել է ընթացիկ տարվա աշնանը մեկնարկել վերոնշյալ հայտի նախնական գնահատման գործընթացը:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ՝ 2024 թ. հուլիսի 20-30-ը Հնդկաստանի Նյու Դելի մայրաքաղաքում տեղի ունեցած ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի Համաշխարհային ժառանգության կոմիտեի 46-րդ նստաշրջանին «Տիրինկատար հնավայրի վիշապաքարերը և մշակութային լանդշաֆտը» ընդգրկվել է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի Համաշխարհային ժառանգության նախնական ցանկում։ Հանդիպում-քննարկման ընթացքում կարևորվել է համայնքների, հասարակական և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցությունը:

 

Առաջիկայում Տիրինկատար հնավայրի վիշապաքարերը և մշակութային լանդշաֆտին վերաբերող հարցերը կքննարկվեն տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների հետ։ Քննարկման օրակարգի երկրորդ հարցը՝ «Տաթևի վանքը, Տաթևի անապատը և Որոտան գետի հովտի հարակից տարածքները» և «Երերույքի տաճարը և հնավայրը»՝ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի Համաշխարհային ժառանգության նախնական ցանկում ընդգրկված հայտերի տվյալների թարմացմանն է վերաբերել ընթացիկ տարում։ Նշվել է, որ կպատրաստվի հայտ՝ «Գառնի» պատմամշակութային արգելոց-թանգարանի հուշարձանախումբը, «Քարերի սիմֆոնիա» բնական հուշարձանը և հարակից կիրճը» նույնպես ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի Համաշխարհային ժառանգության նախնական ցանկում գրանցելու համար։ Փորձագետների կողմից ներկայացվել են նաև այլ հայտերի մշակման հաշվետվություններ, քննարկվել է դրանք ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի Համաշխարհային ժառանգության կոմիտեին ներկայացնելու ժամանակացույցը։
