«Գարդման-Շիրվան-Նախիջևան» համահայկական միությունը ներկայացրել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման քաղաքականությունը ներկայացնող և դատապարտող Վենետիկի Կա Ֆոսկարի համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Ալդո Ֆերրարիի հոդվածը։
Հոդվածում հեղինակն, անդրադառնալով հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության պատմական հիմքերին, կատարում է մի շարք մասնավորեցումներ՝ հստակորեն փուլաբաժանելով հայության նկատմամբ բռնությունները՝ 1905-1906 թթ․, 1918-1920 թթ․,1988-1992 թթ․, 2020-2023 թթ․։ Խոսելով հակամարտության նորագույն փուլի մասին՝ Ալդո Ֆերրարին նշում է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերի` Հայաստանին միանալու խնդրանքը 1988 թվականի սկզբին պատճառ դարձավ նրանց դեմ ջարդերի ադրբեջանական Սումգայիթ և Բաքու քաղաքներում։ Սակայն հարկ է հավելել, որ հայության նկատմամբ բռնություններն ամենևին չսահմանափակվեցին Սումգայիթով, այլ տարածվեցին Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանի հայկական և հայաբնակ բոլոր բնակավայերերում, ինչը հանգեցրեց բազմահազար հայության էթնիկ զտմանը և հայկական հոգևոր կրոնական-ազգային մշակութային ժառանգության գոյութենական վտանգին։
Միությունից նշում են՝ հոդվածի հեղինակը ճշմարտացիորեն արձանագրում է, որ «Միջազգային հանրության գրեթե կատարյալ անտարբերության պայմաններում» Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ողջ բնակչոթյանը էթնիկ զտման ենթարկելուց հետո Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը մասնավորապես վարում է հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության թալանման քաղաքականություն, որի «ողբերգական նախադեպը Նախիջևանն է»։ Պրոֆեսորը մասնավորեցնում է Նախիջևանի հայկական մշակութային կորուստը՝ 90 եկեղեցի, 10.000 խաչքարեր։ «Հայերի գեղարվեստական ժառանգության վերացումը ջնջել է այս տարածքում նրանց հազարամյա ներկայության հիշողությունը»-եզրակացնում է հեղինակը։
Իսկ պրոֆեսոր Ալդո Ֆերրարիի հետևյալ միտքը՝ «Քրիստոնեական քաղաքակրթության հուշարձանները, որոնք ժամանակին տարածվում էին Կովկասից մինչև Միջերկրական ծով, շարունակում են գտնվել ոչնչացման վտանգի տակ» ապացուցում է Ադրբեջան պետության ներկայացրած ահաբեկչական վտանգները քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի նյութական և ոչ նյութական ձեռքբերումների նկատմամբ։
