ՊԵԿ-ը ահաբեկչությամբ է զբաղվում Հայաստանի բիզնեսների դեմ

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն ահաբեկչությամբ է զբաղվում Հայաստանի բիզնեսների դեմ: Այս արձանագրումը սոցցանցի իր էջում արել է «Մանթաշյանց» գործարարների ակումբի նախագահ Վահրամ Միրաքյանը։

«Բառարանում, եթե նայենք «ահաբեկչություն», նշանակում է քաղաքացիական հասարակության նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական կամ հոգեբանական բռնություն կիրառել՝ սեփական նպատակներին ծառայեցնելու համար: ՊԵԿ-ի գործողությունները երբեմն 100 տոկոսով համապատասխանում են ահաբեկչության ձևակերպմանը»,- գրում է Միրաքյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ վերջին շրջանում ՊԵԿ-ն ակտիվ կալանավորում է գործարարներին, խարդախության համար քննչական կոմիտե է դիմում, հետ չի տալիս բիզնեսի ԱԱՀ դեբետները և այլն: Միրաքյանն ասում է՝ բյուջետային մուտքերը նախատեսվածից «թույլ են», քանի որ տնտեսությունն է նախատեսվածից թույլ զարգանում: Վերջին տարիներին, կապված վերարտահանման, ռելոկանտների՝ Հայաստան ժամանելու և այլ գործոններով, հարկային ու մաքսային մուտքերը բավական բարձր են եղել, գործող իշխանությունն էլ կարողացել է երկնիշ աճեր նկարել, հանրությանը համոզել, թե տնտեսություն են զարգացնում։

Իրականում, մասնագետները վաղուց էին նշում, որ Հայաստանին նոր խնդիրներ են սպասվում, իսկ այդ մուտքերը որակական փոփոխության չեն հանգեցնելու։ Այժմ գործարարներն իրենք են փաստում, որ ՊԵԿ-ը փորձում է ահաբեկումներով բյուջե լցնել, ապահովել հարկային մուտքերը։ Իսկ դա, միգուցե, կարճաժամկետ կտրվածքում օգուտ տա, բայց վերջնարդյունքում լրջորեն հարվածելու է ՀՀ դիրքերին։
