2024 թվականի սկզբից ի վեր Ռուսաստանում կանխվել է 110 ահաբեկչություն, կասեցվել է 45 ահաբեկչական բջջի գործունեությունը, ձերբակալվել է ահաբեկչական գործունեության հետ առնչություն ունեցող ավելի քան 1050 մարդ։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՌԴ ազգային հակաահաբեկչական կոմիտեն։
«Տարեսկզբից կանխվել է 110 ահաբեկչություն, որոնց նախապատրաստմանը մասնակցել են հակառակորդի կողմից հավաքագրված քաղաքացիներ։ Ահաբեկչական հանցագործություններ նախապատրաստելու և կատարելու, ահաբեկչությունն արդարացնելու և խթանելու, ահաբեկիչներին ֆինանսավորելու և նրանց մեղսակից լինելու համար ավելի քան 1050 մարդ է ձերբակալվել», - հայտնել են կոմիտեից:
Հաղորդվում է նաև ուժային կառույցների համակարգված աշխատանքի արդյունքում կասեցվել է նաև 45 ահաբեկչական բջջի գործունեությունը։
Բացի այդ, կոմիտեից հայտնել են, որ պահպանվում են սպառնալիքները, որոնք բխում են միջազգային ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների կողմից․ դրանց էմիսարները փորձում են ներդնել Ռուսաստանի համար ոչ ավանդական իսլամի արմատական հոսանքների գաղափարները, որոնում են ահաբեկչություններ և զինված հարձակումներ իրականացնողների: Հիմնականում ապակառուցողական աշխատանք է տարվում Հյուսիսային Կովկասի բնակչության և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի միգրանտների շրջանում։
ՌԴ անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայության տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Բորտնիկովը, ելույթ ունենալով կոմիտեի նիստում, հայտարարել է, որ օտարերկրյա հետախուզական ծառայություններն ակտիվացնում են ռուսների հավաքագրումը ահաբեկչական գործողությունների մեջ ներգրավելու համար։
«Հակառուսական աննախադեպ տեղեկատվական արշավի միջոցով, որը ծավալվել է արևմտյան հետախուզական կառույցների մասնակցությամբ, փորձ է արվում ռուսական հասարակությունում ստեղծել սոցիալական լարվածության օջախներ, ձևավորել կոնֆլիկտային իրավիճակներ։ Աճել է օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայությունների հավաքագրման ակտիվությունը՝ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիներին, առաջին հերթին երիտասարդներին ահաբեկչական գործունեության մեջ ներգրավելու համար», - շեշտել է Բորտնիկովը։
