Շմոլ գազից թունավորման հետևանքով 26-ամյա կնոջ մահվան դեպքի առթիվ մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել փականագործին

Ավարտվել է ՍՊ ընկերության փականագործի կողմից անվտանգության պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող ծառայություններ մատուցելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը։ Այդ մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալներով հիմնավորվել է, որ Վանաձորի 21–ամյա բնակիչը, աշխատելով ՍՊ ընկերության Վանաձորի տեղամասում՝ որպես փականագործ, սպասարկելով Վանաձոր քաղաքի Թումանյան փողոցում գտնվող շենքի բնակարանը, վերջին անգամ՝ 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 17-ին, հիշյալ բնակարանի ներտնային գազասպառման համակարգի տեխնիկական սպասարկման ծառայության մատուցման ժամանակ չի հայտնաբերել բաժանորդի կողմից լոգարանում առանց անհրաժեշտ տեխնիկական պայմանների ապահովման տեղադրված և ներտնային գազասպառման համակարգին միացված ուղղաձիգ ծխահեռացման համար նախատեսված 12 լ տարողությամբ գազի արագային ջրատաքացուցիչ սարքի տեղադրման և դրա շահագործման անհամապատասխանությունը` տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերի պահանջներին, ինչպես նաև միջոցներ չի ձեռնարկել խախտումով շահագործվող գազի արագային ջրատաքացուցիչ սարքի գազամատակարարումը դադարեցնելու, գազի սնուցման պողպատյա իջուցիկ խողովակի վրա առկա փականը խցափակելու ու հոլոգրաֆիկ կնիքով կնքելու ուղղությամբ։
Արդյունքում, 2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 6-ին՝ ժամը 23։45-ի սահմաններում, խախտումով տեղադրված գազի վերոհիշյալ արագային ջրատաքացուցիչի շահագործումից արտանետված՝ արյունը ախտահարող կարբօքսի, հեմոգլոբին թույնի հետևանքով օրգանիզմի ընդհանուր էկզոգեն սուր թունավորումից կյանքից զրկվել է հիշյալ բնակարանում ժամանակավորապես բնակվող 26–ամյա կինը։
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա՝ ՍՊ ընկերության փականագործին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 412-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել բացակայելու արգելքը։
Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
