Մինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կնոջ՝ Աննա Հակոբյանի հետ զբոսնում է Իջևանում, մասնակցում այնտեղ տեղի ունեցած ֆեստիվառին, տեսանյութեր նկարահանում ու հրապարակում, Կիրանցում մարդիկ շարունակում են մտահոգվել անվտանգային խնդիրներով, որոնք ավելի մեծացան, երբ Ադրբեջանի հետ ՀՀ իշխանությունը Տավուշում իրականացրեց սահմանագծում, որոշակի տարածքներ տալով Ադրբեջանին, այդ թվում՝ Կիրանց գյուղի մի քանի բնակիչների տներ անցան Ադրբեջանի հսկողության տակ, գյուղի կամրջի հետ միասին։
Հուլիսի կեսերից սկսած՝ Կիրանց գյուղով անցնող միջապետական ճանապարհը փակ էր, վարորդները երթևեկում էին Աճարկուտով, Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին ՀՀ իշխանությունը պատ էր կառուցում՝ բնակիչներին «պաշտպանելու» համար։
168.am-ի հետ զրույցում Կիրանցի բնակիչ Գոհար Վարդանյանն ասել է, որ գյուղով անցնող միջապետական ճանապարհն արդեն բացվել է, այն գործում է։
Ինչ վերաբերում է վերջերս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի Կիրանց այցին և հարցին՝ հնարավորություն ունե՞ր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հանդիպելու և իրեն հուզող հարցերն ուղղելու, Կիրանցի բնակիչն ասել է.
«Հնարավորություն կար Փաշինյանին հանդիպելու, բայց ցանկություն չկար։ Պատճառները շատ են, մեկն այն է, որ հնարավոր չէ նրանից ստանալ հարցերի հստակ պատասխան»։
Կիրանցում իշխանությունների կողմից կառուցված «պաշտպանիչ» պատը դպրոցից մի քանի մետր հեռավորության վրա է գտնվում, այսինքն՝ թշնամու ուղիղ դիտարկման տակ։ Դպրոցը սեպտեմբերին կհանձնվի շահագործման, սակայն Գոհար Վարդանյանը չգիտի՝ ծնողները երեխաներին կուղարկե՞ն այդ դպրոց, թե՞ ոչ, ծնողների որոշելիքն է։
Գոհար Վարդանյանի համար ապագան անորոշ է, չգիտի՝ ինչ է սպասվում Կիրանցին ու կիրանցեցիներին։
«Եթե մեկ կրակոց եղավ, այս գյուղում մարդ չի մնա, այսինքն՝ ոչ թե չի մնա, այլ լրիվ այլ վիճակ կլինի։ Ապագայի վերաբերյալ հարցերին չեմ կարող պատասխանել, այս պահին մարդիկ ապրում են, հետագայի մասին չեմ կարող ասել։ Ես էլ եմ այս պահին ապրում Կիրանցում, հետոյի մասին ոչինչ ասել չեմ կարող»,- եզրափակել է Գոհար Վարդանյանը։
