Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 11-ին, խոշոր ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում։ Ժամը 16:00-ի սահմաններում Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 24-ամյա Գրիգոր Ե.-ն իր վարած «Nissan» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Երևան-Արմավիր ավտոճանապարհի Պտղունք գյուղի վարչական տարածքում՝ դեպի Վաղարշապատ ընթանալիս, բախվել է բաժանարար գոտու բազալտե եզրաքարին, կոտրել ծառն ու երկաթե էլեկտրասյունը և հայտնվել հանդիպակաց երթևեկելի գոտում մեջտեղում։

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով 2 հոգի մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Վաղարշապատ» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Վիրավորներին առաջինն օգնության են հասել քաղաքացիները և, ըստ դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածների, «Վաղարշապատ» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը։

Բժիշկները վիրավորներին մինչև հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելը տեղում առաջին բուժօգնություն են ցուցաբերել։

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Արմավիրի մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Ղարիբ Գրիգորյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Հայկ Հակոբյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Արսեն Բաղդասարյանի և նույն գումարտակի 1-ին դասակի հրամանատար, օրվա պատասխանատու Նարեկ Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն գումարտակի պարեկ Էդուարդ Բարսեղյանն ու կրտսեր պարեկ Գուրգեն Մելիքյանը։

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արսեն Ոսկանյանի, բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Գևորգ Միքայելյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Վթարի մասին ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Հրաչ Ղազարյանի, Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնի պետ Դավիթ Բարոյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։

Վթարի փաստով Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որտեղ էլ պարզում են վարորդի և վիրավորների ինքնությունը։

Ոստիկանությունն ու պարեկային ծառայությունը ունեն օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ, որ վթարի մեղավորը եղել է մեկ այլ ավտոմեքենայի վարորդի կողմից Nissan-ի վարորդի համար վթարային իրավիճակ ստեղծելը, ով այնուհետև դեպքի վայրից հեռացել է։

Իսկ վարորդն ու ուղևորներն առաջին հերթին փրկվել են, քանի որ եղել են ամրակապված, հակառակ դեպքում հնարավոր է մեքենայից դուրս շպրտվեին։

Վարորդն էլ ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության, եղել է սթափ։
