Վրաստանը պատրաստ է «վերագործարկել» հարաբերություններն ԱՄՆ-ի հետ. վարչապետ

Վրաստանը պատրաստ է «վերագործարկել» հարաբերությունները Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ՝ երկրների միջև համագործակցությունն ամրապնդելու համար, հայտարարել է վարչապետ Իրակլի Կոբախիձեն X սոցիալական ցանցում։
«Ես հետաքրքիր հանդիպում ունեցա ամերիկացի սենատոր Ջին Շահինի և կոնգրեսական Մայք Թերների հետ: Մենք քննարկեցինք ԱՄՆ-ի և Վրաստանի միջև առկա հարաբերությունների զարգացումը, ես հաստատեցի Վրաստանի պատրաստակամությունը վերսկսելու և վերագործարկելու մեր հարաբերություններն ու համագործակցությունը»,- գրել է Վրաստանի վարչապետը։
Նրա կարծիքով՝ դա Վրաստանին թույլ կտա «ամրապնդել երկկողմ կապերը» և «խթանել ավելի մեծ զարգացում, բարգավաճում, խաղաղություն և անվտանգություն տարածաշրջանում և դրանից դուրս»:
Օրերս ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը Վրաստանի նախագահ Սալոմե Զուրաբիշվիլիին ուղղված նամակում նշել էր, որ հիասթափված է Վրաստանի կառավարության հակաժողովրդավարական գործողություններից:
ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենը հուլիսի 31-ին հայտարարել էր, որ Վաշինգտոնը դադարեցնում է Վրաստանին ֆինանսական օգնության ծրագիրը։ ԱՄՆ-ն նաև անորոշ ժամանակով հետաձգել է Վրաստանի հետ համատեղ զորավարժությունները և խոստացել վերանայել համագործակցության բոլոր ծրագրերը։ Հարաբերությունների սրման պատճառը Վրաստանի խորհրդարանի կողմից «Օտարերկրյա ազդեցության թափանցիկության մասին» օրենքի ընդունումն էր։ Այս փաստաթուղթը նախատեսում է հատուկ ռեգիստրում գրանցել ոչ առևտրային իրավաբանական անձանց և լրատվամիջոցներին, որոնց եկամուտը, մասնավորապես, ավելի քան 20 տոկոսը, ստացվում է արտերկրից։ Օրենքի շուրջ ընթացակարգերն ուղեկցվել են զանգվածային բողոքի ցույցերով, նախագահ Սալոմե Զուրաբիշվիլին հրաժարվել է ստորագրել այն, սակայն խորհրդարանը հաղթահարել է նախագահական վետոն։
