ՌԴ մի քանի մարզերում արձանագրվել են հեմոռագիկ տենդերի տասնյակ դեպքեր

Ամեն շաբաթ մենք ականատես ենք լինում Ռուսաստանի այս կամ այն տարածաշրջանում տարբեր վարակիչ հիվանդությունների բռնկման մասին լուրերին։ Այս շաբաթը բացառություն չէ՝ հանրապետության մի քանի մարզերում արձանագրվել են հեմոռագիկ տենդերի տասնյակ դեպքեր։
Հեմոռագիկ տենդերը սուր վարակիչ հիվանդություններ են, որոնք բնութագրվում են ջերմությամբ և արյունահոսությամբ: Դրանք առաջանում են վիրուսներով, որոնք կարող են ուղղակիորեն վարակել արյան անոթների պատերը:
Ղրիմ-Կոնգո հեմոռագիկ տենդը (CCHF) և հեմոռագիկ տենդը երիկամային համախտանիշով (HFRS) առաջանում են տարբեր վիրուսներով և որոշակի բնութագրերով:
Երիկամային սինդրոմով հեմոռագիկ տենդի օջախները տարածված են Ասիայում և նաև Եվրոպայի որոշ մասերում: Դեպքերի ամենամեծ բաժինը գրանցվել է Չինաստանում, Ռուսաստանում և Կորեայում։ Ռուսաստանը HFRS-ի դեպքերի առումով երկրորդ տեղն է զբաղեցնում Չինաստանից հետո: Գրանցվել է հիվանդության 164 580 դեպք, որից 668-ը՝ մահվան ելքով (85 վարչական շրջաններից 69-ում)։
Բնության մեջ վիրուսային ջրամբարը ներառում է կենդանիների մոտ 80 տեսակ՝ 51 տեսակի կրծող, 7 տեսակ չղջիկ, 16 տեսակ թռչուն։ Վարակված կրծողները չունեն ախտանիշներ, բայց վիրուսը թափում են թուքով, մեզով և կղանքով:
Մարդու մարդուց վիրուսի փոխանցումը փաստագրված չէ:
HFRS դեպքերի ավելի քան 70%-ը տեղի է ունենում գյուղական շրջաններում, որտեղ կրծողների մեծ պոպուլյացիա կա: Մարդիկ, ովքեր ապրում և աշխատում են վարակված կրծողների մոտ (ֆերմերներ, անտառահատներ, զբոսաշրջիկներ և այլն) վարակվելու բարձր ռիսկի տակ են: Հիվանդությունները գրանցվում են ամբողջ տարին, սակայն գագաթնակետը հիմնականում լինում է ամառ-աշուն ժամանակահատվածում։
Վարակվելուց հետո ախտանիշները հայտնվում են 1-2 շաբաթվա ընթացքում, չափազանց հազվադեպ, ինկուբացիոն շրջանը կարող է երկարաձգվել մինչև 8 շաբաթ:
