Չաշխատող ծնողները կարող են սոցիալական աջակցություն ստանալ մինչև 6 նվազագույն կենսապահովման չափով, եթե իրենցից անկախ պատճառներով չեն կարող երեխային դպրոց ուղարկել, ասել է Պետդումայի աշխատանքի կոմիտեի անդամ Եկատերինա Ստենյակինան:

2024 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից Ռուսաստանում ապրելու արժեքը կազմում է՝ 15,453 ռուբլի մեկ շնչի համար, 16,844 ռուբլի աշխատունակ բնակչության համար, 14,989 ռուբլի երեխաների համար, 13,290 ռուբլի թոշակառուների համար։ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության յուրաքանչյուր մարզում կյանքի արժեքը տարբեր է. կյանքի ամենաբարձր արժեքը Չուկոտկայում է՝ 2024 թվականին այն կազմում է 39 813 ռուբլի, իսկ ամենացածրը Լիպեցկի շրջանում՝ 12 661 ռուբլի։

«Նախ՝ սրանք տարածաշրջանային աջակցության միջոցներ են, այդ թվում՝ դրամական օգնություն, սա նպատակային սոցիալական վճար է այն քաղաքացիների համար, ովքեր իրենցից անկախ պատճառներով չեն կարող իրենց երեխաներին ուղարկել դպրոց, որպեսզի օգտվեն նման աջակցությունից Երեխաների ծնողները պետք է աշխատեն», - ասաց Ստենյակինան:

Նա նշեց, որ Պետդուման արդեն ընդունել է օրենք, որում ասվում է, որ եթե մայրության կապիտալի հաշվում կա մնացորդ փոքր գումարի տեսքով, ապա այս մնացորդից 10 հազար ռուբլի կարող է օգտագործվել երեխաներին դպրոց պատրաստելու համար:

«Այդ տարբերակը կարող է օգտագործվել արդեն այս տարի, այն կգործի անմիջապես այն բանից հետո, երբ նախագահը կստորագրի այս օրենքը», - ասաց պատգամավորը։

Բացի այդ, ըստ նրա, բացառիկ դեպքերում, օրինակ, երբ երեխան գնում է առաջին դասարան, և ընտանիքում կան մի քանի երեխաներ, որոնք պետք է պատրաստվեն դպրոցին, իսկ ընտանիքը գտնվում է կյանքի դժվարին իրավիճակում, կարող ես օգտագործել սոցիալական պայմանագրի մեխանիզմը:
