Ոստիկանությունն այսօր պատրաստվում է բացել Բաղրամյան պողոտայի երթեւեկությունը. հայտարարություն

ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը պատրաստվում է այսօր վերականգնել Բաղրամյան պողոտայի շուրջ երկու շաբաթ խաթարված երթևեկությունը, այդ թվում՝ դրան խոչընդոտող առարկաները պողոտայի երթևեկելի հատվածից հեռացնելու միջոցով: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀՀ ոստիկանության մամուլի ծառայությունը:
Ոստիկանության հայտարարությունում նաեւ ասվում է.
«Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը անօրինական հավաքի կազմակերպիչներին և մասնակիցներին առաջարկել էր ինքնակամ վերացնել Բաղրամյան պողոտայի արգելափակումը, այդ հորդորները վերջին մի քանի օրերի ընթացքում ամբողջությամբ անտեսվել են:
Այդուհանդերձ, ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը ևս մեկ, և վերջին անգամ, առաջարկում է հավաքի կազմակերպիչներին և մասնակիցներին` այսօր մինչև ժամը 12.30-ը ինքնակամ վերացնել Բաղրամյան պողոտայի արգելափակումը: Հակառակ դեպքում, ժամը 12.30-ից սկսած ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը դա կիրականացնի իրեն վերապահված լիազորությունների գործադրման միջոցով:
ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը հայտարարում է նաև, որ վերոնշյալ գործողությունները նպատակաուղղված չեն լինելու հավաքի դադարեցմանը, եթե այն շարունակվելու է Բաղրամյան պողոտայի ոչ երթևեկելի հատվածում և չի խոչընդոտելու դրա բնականոն ընթացքին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 22-ից Բաղրամյան պողոտայում բողոքի ակցիա է ընթանում ընդդեմ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման։ Հունիսի 23-ի առավոտյան ոստիկանությունը ուժով ցրել էր նստացույցը, բերման ենթարկել 237 մարդու, բայց երեկոյան բողոքի ակցիան վերսկսվել էր։ Հունիսի 27-ին Սերժ Սարգսյանի ելույթից հետո նախաձեռնող խմբի կազմում տարաձայնություններ էին առաջացել, եւ հաջորդ օրը ցուցարարների մի մասը հեռացել էր Ազատության հրապարակ, իսկ մեծ մասը մնացել էր Բաղրամյան պողոտայում, որտեղ մինչ այժմ շարունակվում է բողոքի ակցիան։
Հիշեցնենք, որ չնայած էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման դեմ ուղղված բազմաթիվ բողոք-ակցիաներին հունիսի 17-ին, ՀԾԿՀ հանձնաժողովի նիստում հաստատվել է էլեկտրաէներգիայի նոր սակագինը։ էլեկտրաէներգիան թանկացել է 6.93 դրամով՝ մեկ կՎտ/ժ-ի դիմաց 41.85 դրամից դառնալով 48.78 դրամ։ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» (ՀԷՑ) ընկերությունը առաջարկել էր էլեկտրաէներգիայի մեկ կիլովատտ/ժամը թանկացնել 17 դրամով:
