Երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եղբայր Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանն ու ընտանիքի անդամները օգոստոսի 13-ին հրավիրվել են Գլխավոր դատախազության ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործերով վարչություն։ Սարգսյան ընտանիքի անդամները ծանուցվել են, որ Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանին պատկանող գույքի առնչությամբ իրականացվել է ուսումնասիրություն, որի արդյունքում կազմվել է ամփոփագիր, ինչի հիման վրա ընտանիքի անդամների անվամբ հաշվառված գույքը ևս հանդիսանում է բռնագանձման առարկա:
Դատախազությունը վերջին շաբաթներին ընդլայնել է հրավիրյալների ցանկը, տպավորություն է ստեղծում, թե ակտիվ աշխատում են ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման ուղղությամբ։ Հատկապես, հնչեղ անուններով և հայտնի մարդկանց «հրավիրումը» վկայում է, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը նոր պիես է բեմադրում՝ «նախկինների» մասնակցությամբ։ Պետության առջև ծառացած խնդիրներից հանրությանը շեղելու համար «նախկինների» խաղաքարտն օգտագործելը վաղուց դարձել է գործող իշխանությունների քարոզչական հնարքներից մեկը։
Եվ, երբ դատախազությունն ակտիվանում է, նշանակում է՝ կամ որևէ նոր դավադրություն են նյութում պետության դեմ, կամ էլ շեղում են հանրությանը։ Իսկ Հանրային հեռուստատեսությունն ու վարչախմբին սպասարկող մյուս լրատվամիջոցները, ֆեյսբուքյան ակտիվիստներն ապահովելու են անհրաժեշտ աղմուկը։
