Հնդկական զենք. PR՞, թե՞ անհրաժեշտություն

Հնդկական լրատվամիջոցների տեղեկություններով, հնդկական զենիթահրթիռային առաջին համակարգերը Հայաստան կժամանեն մինչև այս տարվա վերջ։ Նշվում է, որ այս հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգերից Երևանը պատվիրել է 15 միավոր՝ 720 միլիոն դոլար ընդհանուր արժողությամբ։
Akash-1S համակարգերը կիրառվում են իբրև համաժամանակյա ակտիվ թիրախային որոնման և թիրախավորման համակցություն՝ ապահովելով հուսալի պաշտպանություն օդային սպառնալիքներից, մասնավորապես՝ կործանիչներից, կառավարվող հրթիռներից և անօդաչու սարքերից:
Akash-1S-ը մշակվել է 1983 թվականին, իսկ սպառազինություն է ընդգրկվել 30 տարի անց։ Համակարգն ի վիճակի է օդային թիրախներ խփել 4-25 կմ շառավղով։ Բացի «Ակաշ» համակարգերից Հայաստանը վերջին երկու տարում Հնդկաստանից գնել է նաև «Պինակա» համալիրներ, դիպուկահար հրացաններ, անգամ ԱԹՍ-ների համար նախատեսված նռնակներ։ Հայ-հնդկական ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունը սկսեց զարգանալ վերջին երկու տարում, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը ՌԴ-ից և ՀԱՊԿ-ից պոկվելու, սպառազինությունների մատակարարումները դիվերսիֆիկացնելու կուրս որդեգրեց։
Հնդկական զենքը, ըստ էության, բավական լավն է, հնդիկները սպառազինություն արտադրելու համար գործակցում են ՌԴ-ի, Իսրայելի, արևմտյան երկրների հետ, զարգացած ռազմարդյունաբերություն ունեն։ Այդուհանդերձ, էական մի հարց կա. որքանո՞վ հնդկական զենքը կարող է ինտեգրվել ՀՀ Զինված ուժերում, բարձրացնել բանակի մարտունակությունը, նաև ֆինանսական ծայրահեղ բեռ չդառնալ ՀՀ տնտեսության համար։
Կարևոր է նաև լոգիստիկան, թե ինչպես է այդ զենքը հասնելու Հայաստան։ Տարանցման միակ ուղղությունն այս իմաստով Իրանն է, հնդկական բեռները ծովով հասնում են Չաբահար նավահանգիստ, այնտեղից էլ մեծ ճանապարհ կտրելով, ցամաքով տեղափոխվում են Հայաստան։
Ըստ փորձագետների, հնդկական զենքը թեև արևմտյան անալոգներից ավելի էժան է, բայց ավելի թանկ է, քան ռուսական սպառազինությունը, որ Հայաստանը գնում էր տասնամյակներ շարունակ։ Բացի այդ, թանկ է լինելու համալիրների համար նախատեսված հրթիռների արժեքը, որոնց մասին գործող իշխանությունները որևէ բառ այդպես էլ չեն ասել։
Հնդկական, ֆրանսիական, արևմտյան այլ երկրների սպառազինությունների ներկրումը Հայաստան, փաշինյանական իշխանությունը որպես դիվանագիտական մեծ հաջողություն է ներկայացնում, բայց մինչ օրս տնտեսական որևէ հաշվարկ չի ներկայացվել։ Միայն այդ հաշվարկներից հետո կարելի կլինի խոսել՝ արդարացվա՞ծ է արդյոք այդ սպառազինության ձեռքբերումը։ Իսկ մինչ այդ կասկածները մնալու և խորանալու են։
