  3. Սերգեյ Վլադիմիրի Խուդյակով (ծնված` 1999  թվականի հունվարի 7-ին, զինհաշվառումը՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ ԶևԶՀ ծառայություն,
  4. Վալենտին Անդրեյի Կովալենկո (ծնված` 2001  թվականի մայիսի 31-ին, զինհաշվառումը՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ ԶևԶՀ ծառայություն,,
  5. Իգոր Յուրիի Կրիվիխ (ծնված` 1999  թվականի սեպտեմբերի  12-ին, զինհաշվառումը՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ ԶևԶՀ ծառայություն,

  10. Դմիտրի Ալեքսեյի Մազանկո (ծնված` 1987 թվականի մարտի 21-ին, զինհաշվառումը՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ ԶևԶՀ ծառայություն:

Վերը նշված մարզիկները հանդես են գալիս տափօղակով հոկեյի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հավաքականի կազմում, մասնակցելու  են  տափօղակով հոկեյի ուսումնամարզական հավաքներին  և միջազգային մրցումներին: Հետևաբար՝ անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել նշված մարզիկներին ազատել  շարքային կազմի պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից:

Որոշումը կայացվեց կառավարության այսօրվա՝ օգոստոսի 8-ի նիստում։
