Ամիօ բանկն ու ՄԼ Մայնինգ ընկերությունը ներկայանում են թամանյանական ոճով կառուցված գեղեցիկ «Նոր Երևան» բնակելի համալիրում բնակարան ձեռք բերելու հատուկ առաջարկով, որի շրջանակներում վիճակահանության միջոցով 300 շահառու կարող է բնակարան ձեռք բերել 1քմ անհավատալի 389 հազար դրամով:

Առաջարկից կարող են օգտվել Երևան քաղաքում և մարզերում աշխատող հանրային ծառայողները, առողջապահության, կրթության, հանրային ծառայությունների, հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտի աշխատակիցները (և´ մասնավոր, և´ պետական)։

Ամիօ բանկը շարունակելով ներկայացնել շուկայում լավագույն առաջարկները՝ հնարավորություն է ընձեռում իր հաճախորդներին՝ անկախ վերը նշված ոլորտներում աշխատելու հանգամանքից, մասնակցել վիճակահանությանը: 

Կարևոր է իմանալ, որ ՀՀ Կառավարության 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 19-ի թիվ 1826-Ն որոշմամբ հենց համալիրի նույն՝ 3-րդ բլոկում է իրականացվել հանրային ծառայողներին մատչելի բնակարանով ապահովման բնակարաշինական ծրագիրը։

Բարձրակարգ նյութերով կառուցվող համալիրի ընդհանուր մակերեսը 80,000 քմ է, 1-ին և 2-րդ բլոկների շինարարության ավարտը նախատեսվում է 2025 թվականին, իսկ 3-րդ բլոկինը՝ 2027 թվականին։
