Որևէ երկրի պահանջով ՀՀ-ն իր Սահմանադրությունը չի փոխի, այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը: Նա նշեց, որ մենք մեր օրակարգն ունենք, և որ բանակցություններն Ադրբեջանի հետ շարունակվում են:
«Ես ԱԳՆ-ի վերջին հայտարարությունը կարդացի, որը նրա մասին էր՝ մեր օրակարգի կարևոր կետերից մեկը երկկողմանի ընդունվել է»,- ասաց նա:
Ճշտող հարցին՝ ՀՀ-ն իր Սահմանադրությունը կփոխի՞ Ադրբեջանի պահանջով, Պապոյանն արձագանքեց. «ՀՀ-ն իր Սահմանադրությունը կարող է փոխել այն ժամանակ, երբ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներն այդպես որոշեն: Որևէ երկրի պահանջով ՀՀ-ն իր Սահմանադրությունը չի փոխի: ՀՀ-ն կփոխի, թե չի փոխի իր Սահմանադրությունը, միայն ու միայն ՀՀ ներքին գործն է և ՀՀ-ի ժողովրդի՝ սահմանադիրի որոշելիքն է»:
Հայ ժողովուրդն ինչո՞ւ Ալիևի հատուկ հանձնարարություններով ներկայացուցիչ Էլչին Ամիրբեկովից տեղեկացավ, որ խաղաղության պայմանագրից դուրս է հանվել ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակման հարցը և թողվել է հետոյի, ինչո՞ւ բաց և թափանցիկ չեք ժողովրդի հետ, նա ասաց. «Մենք բավական բաց ու թափանցիկ եք, և դուք ժամանակին բոլոր տեղեկությունները ստանում եք»:
Հիշեցնենք՝ Ամիրբեկովը հայտարարել էր, որ Հայաստանի գործող Սահմանադրությամբ ամրագրված «տարածքային պահանջներն Ադրբեջանի դեմ» շարունակում են մնալ Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև խաղաղության հասնելու հիմնական խոչընդոտը։ Նա նաև ասել էր, որ եթե Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը չփոխվի, ՀՀ նոր կառավարությունը կարող է չեղարկել Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը:
