Փրկե՛լ, պաշտպանե՛լ, զարգացնե՛լ Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան ՌազմաՔաղաքական Դաշինքն ու Հայ-Ռուսական Եղբայրությունը և այն միշտ պահպանել աչքի լույսի պես։
Իմ գիտակցական կյանքից ի վեր՝ 1988 թվականից սկսած, ես այն հաստատ համոզմանն եմ, որ Հայաստանի ՌազմաՔաղաքական իսկական դաշնակիցը Ռուսաստանն է, և, շուրջ 35 տարի, գրեթե ամենօրյա ռեժիմով, ես ներդրում եմ ունեցել և ունեմ Հայ-Ռուսական հարաբերություններն անընդհատ ամրապնդելու և զարգացնելու գործում։
Անկախ նրանից, որ վերջին վեց տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան ՌազմաՔաղաքական դաշնակցության և Հայ-Ռուսական Եղբայրության մակարդակն իջեցվել է պատմական զրոյի (բացառապես Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան ՌազմաՔաղաքական Դաշինքը ոչնչացնող Հայաստանի գործող իշխանության պատճառով), միևնույն է, Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան ՌազմաՔաղաքական Դաշինքն ու Հայ-Ռուսական Եղբայրությունը, ազնիվ, հավատարիմ, համարձակ, չկոռումպացված, չնահանջող թիմով, վայրկյան առաջ պետք է փրկել, պաշտպանել, զարգացնել և այն միշտ պահպանել աչքի լույսի պես։
Ի դեպ, «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը ԱՊՀ պետությունների մեջ միակն էր, որը 2022 թվականի փետրվարի 24-ին պաշտոնապես դիմել էր Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Նախագահին՝ 44-օրյա պատերազմին ուղղակի մասնակցած «Հայոց Արծիվներ» կամավորական մարտական քաջերի ջոկատով մեկնել Դոնբաս և ՌԴ ՊՆ զինվորականների հետ միասին մասնակցել Ադրբեջանի շահերը մշտապես պաշտպանող, 44-օրյա պատերազմի ողջ ընթացքում Ադրբեջանին ռազմաքաղաքական աջակցություն ցուցաբերած Ուկրաինայի իշխանությունների դեմ իրականացվող ռազմական գործողություններին։
