ԶՊՄԿ-ն կրկին գլխավորում է ՀՀ խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկը

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը կրկին գլխավորում է ՀՀ խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկը։ Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեն հրապարակել էր հազար հարկատուների ցանկը, որում զգալի փոփոխություններ են եղել՝ առաջին եռամսյակի համեմատությամբ։ 2024թ. հունվար-մարտ ամիսներին առաջատարը «Մոբայլ Սենթր» ընկերությունն էր, երկրորդը՝ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան»։ Այս հանգամանքը պատրվակ էր դարձել որոշ շրջանակների համար՝ թիրախավորելու ԶՊՄԿ-ին, առանց հաշվի առնելու իրական տենդենցները։
Առաջին եռամսյակի առաջատարն այդ դիրքին հասել էր շնորհիվ վերարտահանման ծավալների աճի, իսկ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» էլ՝ ձմռան ամիսներին գազի օգտագործման ծավալների։ Վերլուծաբանները նշում էին, որ դա ժամանակավոր է, իսկ ԶՊՄԿ-ն արդեն հաջորդ եռամսյակում վերանվաճելու է իր դիրքերը։ Արդյունքում, երկու եռամսյակների կտրվածքով էլ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն առաջատարն է՝ շուրջ 64 մլրդ 50 մլն դրամ վճարած հարկերով։ Սրանք 2024 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակի տվյալներն են։ Ի տարբերություն նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի՝ ԶՊՄԿ-ն գրեթե կրկնապատկել է վճարած հարկերը։ Նախորդ տարվա առաջին 6 ամիսներին ընկերությունը վճարել էր շուրջ 34,7 մլրդ դրամ։ Ողջ 2023թ. ընթացքում ԶՊՄԿ-ն վճարել է 70,88 մլրդ դրամ։ Ակնհայտորեն, երբ այս տարվա ցուցանիշները հայտնի լինեն, Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը կգերազանցի 2023թ. ցուցանիշը, չի բացառվում, որ ընդհուպ մոտենա, նույնիսկ գերազանցի 2022թ. ռեկորդային ցուցանիշը, երբ ընկերությունը պետբյուջե վճարել էր 143,9 մլրդ դրամ գումար։
ԶՊՄԿ-ն վերջին տարիներին ռեկորդային չափերի հարկեր է վճարում, դարձել է ՀՀ տնտեսության իրական լոկոմոտիվը։ Շնորհիվ լուրջ մենեջմենթի, իրականացված բարեփոխումների, կոմբինատը միակն է, որ վճարած հարկերի միլիարդները եռանիշ թվով են չափվում։ Ուստի զարմանալի չէ, որ ընկերությունը պարբերաբար հայտնվում է թե՛ Ադրբեջանի թիրախում, թե՛ տեղական որոշ «վայ-բնապահպանների», որոնք, ակնհայտորեն արտաքին ազդեցությամբ, փորձում են վնասել Հայաստանի տնտեսության գլխավոր գործող ընկերությանը։ Իսկ ԶՊՄԿ-ն շարունակում է իր սոցիալական ծրագրերը, օգնություն է ցուցաբերում Արցախից տեղահանվածներին, կարիքավորներին, խոցելի խմբերին, նպաստում սպորտի զարգացմանը։
