ԱՄՆ-ն Թուրքիային նախազգուշացրել է «հետևանքների» մասին՝ կապված Ռուսաստան ռազմական արտահանումների հետ

Վաշինգտոնը նախազգուշացրել է Թուրքիային, որ երկրի համար «հետևանքներ» կլինեն, եթե այն չդադարի ՌԴ արտահանել ամերիկյան ռազմական սարքավորումները, որոնք կենսական նշանակություն ունեն Մոսկվայի «պատերազմական մեքենայի» համար: Այս մասին գրում է Financial Times-ը:
Առևտրի նախարարի օգնական Մեթյու Աքսելրոդը, որը գլխավորում է ԱՄՆ-ի ջանքերը՝ զգայուն տեխնոլոգիաները Վաշինգտոնի հակառակորդների ձեռքից հեռու պահելու ուղղությամբ, վերջերս Անկարայում և Ստամբուլում հանդիպել է թուրք պաշտոնյաների և գործադիր տնօրենների հետ՝ ապօրինի առևտուրը դադարեցնելու ջանքերի շրջանակում: Նրա ուղերձն այն էր, որ Թուրքիան պետք է ավելի շատ աշխատի, որպեսզի դադարեցնի ՌԴ-ի համար Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի տեսանկյունից առանցքային համարվող ամերիկյան ծագման չիպերի և այլ մասերի առևտուրը:
«Մեզ պետք է, որ Թուրքիան օգնի կանգնեցնել ԱՄՆ տեխնոլոգիաների ապօրինի հոսքը դեպի Ռուսաստան: Մենք պետք է արագ առաջընթաց տեսնենք թուրքական իշխանությունների և արդյունաբերության կողմից: Հակառակ դեպքում, մենք այլ ելք չենք ունենա, քան սահմանափակումներ դնել նրանց վրա, ովքեր շրջանցում են մեր արտահանման վերահսկողությունը», - ասել է Աքսելրոդը Financial Times-ին:
Հրատարակության համաձայն՝ վերջերս Անկարա և Ստամբուլ կատարած այցի ժամանակ Աքսելրոդը դժգոհություն է հայտնել թուրքական իշխանություններից, որոնք, նրա պնդմամբ, ներգրավված են ամերիկյան զգայուն տեխնոլոգիաները Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն փոխանցելու մեջ՝ շրջանցելով ԱՄՆ արգելքը։
Ինչպես նշում են ամերիկացի պաշտոնյաները, որոնց հետ զրուցել է թերթը, ԱՄՆ Առևտրի նախարարությունը պատժամիջոցների ցանկում արդեն ավելացրել է 18 ընկերություն, որոնք ամերիկյան ապրանքներ են տեղափոխել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն, և ապագայում այդ ցուցակը կարող է ընդլայնվել, եթե Թուրքիայի կողմից «առաջընթաց չգրանցվի»:
