Հայաստանը կրկին չի մասնակցելու ՀԱՊԿ զորավարժություններին

Հայաստանը չի մասնակցելու ՀԱՊԿ միանգամից երկու զորավարժություններին։ Օգոստոսի 14-ից 16-ն էլ Նովոսիբիրսկում ՀԱՊԿ երկրների հատուկ նշանակության ուժերի «Կոբալտ» զորավարժություններ են անցկացվելու։ «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը նշել էր, որ Հայաստանն այս զորավարժություններին մասնակիցներ չի ուղարկելու։
Երեկ էլ ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարությունից հայտնել են, որ Երևանը հրաժարվել է մասնակցել սեպտեմբերի 3-ից 15-ը Ղրղըզստանում կայանալիք ՀԱՊԿ «Փոխգործակցություն-2024» հրամանատարաշտաբային զորավարժություններին։ Երևանն արդեն վաղուց հրաժարվում է մասնակցել ՀԱՊԿ միջոցառումներին, դադարեցրել է կազմակերպության ֆինանսավորումը։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ հայտարարել էր, թե Երևանի անդամակցությունը դաշինքին դե ֆակտո սառեցված է, հնարավոր է՝ սառեցվի նաև դե յուրե, եթե դաշնակիցները չփոխեն իրենց դիրքորոշումը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, Հայաստանը կառույցից դուրս գալու կտրուկ քայլեր չի անում, ինչը պայմանավորված է ոչ միայն ՀԱՊԿ գործոնով։
ՀՀ-ն մասնակցում է նաև ԵԱՏՄ-ին ու ԱՊՀ-ին, իսկ ռուսական կողմը առանց այլևայլությունների հասկացրել է, որ մի կառույցից դուրս գալու դեպքում մյուսները լքելը տեխնիկայի հարց է։ ԵԱՏՄ-ն լքելը աղետալի կլինի ՀՀ տնտեսության համար, ուստի Փաշինյանը նման արկածախնդրության չի գնա, որքան էլ արևմտյան հովանավորները պարտադրեն։
