Իսրայելի բանակը հայտարարել է Գազայում ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի ոչնչացման մասին

Իսրայելի պաշտպանության բանակը (ԻՊԲ) ոչնչացրել է Աբեդ ալ Զերիեիին, որը զբաղեցնում էր պաղեստինյան ՀԱՄԱՍ արմատական շարժման էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի պաշտոնը Գազայի հատվածում: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին օգոստոսի 5-ին հաղորդել է ԻՊԲ մամուլի ծառայությունը։
«Կիրակի օրը (օգոստոսի 4-ին) հետախուզության ցուցումով Իսրայելի պաշտպանության բանակը ոչնչացրել է Աբեդ ալ Զերիեիին`ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի ռազմական թևի արտադրության բաժնի ահաբեկչին, որը նաև զբաղեցնում էր Գազայի հատվածում ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի պաշտոնը», – ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Ըստ Իսրայելի զինվորականների՝ ալ Զերիեին «մեծ դերակատարում է ունեցել Գազայի հատված մտնող մարդասիրական օգնությունը յուրացնելու՝ ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի փորձերն ուղղորդելու գործում»։
Հուլիսի 31-ին Թեհրանում սպանվել է պաղեստինյան ՀԱՄԱՍ արմատական շարժման քաղբյուրոյի ղեկավար Իսմայիլ Հանիյեն, որին նախորդել էր Բեյրութում ավիահարվածի հետևանքով «Հեզբոլլահ»-ի հրամանատարներից մեկի սպանությունը։Իրանը խոստացել է վրեժ լուծել ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի ղեկավարի սպանության համար՝ դրա մեջ մեղադրելով Իսրայելին։ Իսրայելը ո՛չ հաստատել է, ո՛չ հերքել իր առնչությունը դրան։
