Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը կոչ է արել հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին լքել Լիբանանը տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի վատթարացման պատճառով և չմեկնել այս երկիր, եթե խիստ անհրաժեշտություն չկա։
Այս մասին ասվում է նախարարության «X»-ի միկրոբլոգում հրապարակված հաղորդագրության մեջ։
«Մեր քաղաքացիներին խորհուրդ է տրվում խուսափել Լիբանան մեկնելուց, լինել զգույշ և անհարկի չայցելել Նաբաթիա, Հարավային Լիբանան, Բեքաա և Բաալբեկ-Գերմել նահանգներ, ինչպես նաև նրանց, ում համար պարտադիր չէ լինել Լիբանանում, թողնել այն, քանի դեռ հնարավոր թռիչքներ են իրականացվում»,- ասված է ԱԳՆ հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Հուլիսի 30-ին Իսրայելի ռազմաօդային ուժերի կործանիչները չորս հրթիռ են արձակել Բեյրութի հարավային արվարձանների ուղղությամբ։ Լիբանանի առողջապահության նախարարության տվյալներով՝ երեք մարդ զոհվել է, ավելի քան 70-ը՝ վիրավորվել։ Հարձակման նպատակն էր վերացնել «Հըզբոլլահի» ռազմական առաջնորդ Ֆուադ Շուքրին, որը գլխավորում էր նրա օպերատիվ շտաբը։ Al Hadath հեռուստաալիքի փոխանցմամբ՝ նա ստացած վնասվածքների հետեւանքով մահացել է հիվանդանոցում։
