Արցախցի փաստաբան Ռոման Երիցյանը հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, որտեղ ասվում է․

«Հարգելի’ հայրենակիցներ

Նախաքննական մարմինը դիմել է դատարան եղբորս՝ Արամ Երիցյանին, երկու ամիս ժամկետով կալանավորելու միջնորդությամբ։ Դատական նիստը նշանակվել է վաղը՝ օգոստոսի 4-ին, առավոտյան ժամը 12:00-ին Շենգավիթի դատարանում (հասցե՝ Երևան, Արշակունյաց 24/1)։

Շնորհակալ եմ բոլոր այն անձանց, որոնք իրենց ֆիզիկական ներկայությամբ, զանգելով կամ գրելով այսօր աջակցել են մեզ, բայց բոլորիդ ներկայությունը վաղն ավելի քան անհրաժեշտ է։ Այո, վաղը կիրակի է՝ հանգստյան օր։ Հասկանում եմ, որ ունեք հանգստի տարբեր պլաններ, ոմանք բազմազբաղ են, ոմանք էլ բնակվում են Երևանից դուրս։ Այնուամենայնիվ, բոլոր այն անձինք, որոնք սրտացավ են իմ, եղբորս կամ յուրաքանչյուր արցախցու նկատմամբ, որոնք դեմ են տիրող ապօրինությանն ու պատրաստ են պայքարել դրա դեմ, պետք է վաղը ներկա լինեն դատարանում։ Սա ճակատագրական և միասնականություն ցուցաբերելու պատեհ պահ է։

Ինքս պայքարել եմ յուրաքանչյուրիդ կամ առնվազն ձեր հարազատներից կամ ընկերներից որևէ մեկի համար։ Աջակցել եմ բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր ունեցել են դրա կարիքը։ Անկախ նրանից՝ պաշտպանյալս պաշտոնյա էր, թե հասարակ քաղաքացի, կատարել եմ հնարավորությանս սահմաններում ամեն ինչ՝ ոտնահարված իրավունքները վերականգնելու համար։ 

Հիմա եկել է ձեր աջակցության պահը։ Եկել է միասնականություն ցուցաբերելու և այս ապօրինությանը դիմադրելու պահը։

Եկեք ցույց տանք՝ որքան միասնական կարող ենք լինել։ Ցույց տանք, որ մտահոգված ենք ցանկացած արցախցու ճակատագրով։ Ցույց տանք, որ դեմ ենք մարդկանց անհիմն ու ապօրինի ազատազրկելուն։

Կրկնում եմ, որ բոլորիդ ներկայությունը պարտադիր է։ Խոսքս վերաբերում է ոչ միայն արցախցիներին, այլև Հայաստանի ցանկացած բնակչի։ Բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր դեմ են մարդկանց խոշտանգելուն, նրանց, ովքեր մտահոգված են Հայաստանում տիրող իրավիճակով, նրանց, ովքեր այս կամ այն եղանակով դարձել են պարեկային ծառայության կամ «իրավապահ» այլ մարմնի ապօրինության զոհ։

Այսօր ունենք ազատազրկված կամ ազատությունը սահմանափված հարյուրավոր արցախցիներ։ Մարդիկ, որոնց ազատության իրավունքը սահմանափակվել է մտացածին և անհիմն պատճառներով։ Այլևս բոլորս պետք է լինենք անհանդուրժողական։ Եղբորս փոխարեն կարող էր լինել յուրաքանչյուր ոք։

Մեզնից բացի մեր խնդիրները ոչ ոք չի լուծելու։ Պահանջենք առնվազն հարգել մեզ, այլ ոչ վերաբերվել ինչպես ստրուկի։

Կրկնում եմ՝ եղբորս փոխարեն կարող էր լինել ամեն ոք, ուստի սպասում եմ բոլորիդ՝ նոր պայքար սկսելու և արցախցուն հարգելու պահանջն օրակարգ մտցնելու համար»։
