Ադրբեջանում ապօրինի պահվողները ռազմագերիներ չեն, նրանք ցեղասպանության զոհ են․ Մորենո Օկամպո

France 24-ը անդրադարձել է հայ գերիներին բանտարկած Ադրբեջանում անցկացվելիք COP-29-ին և դրա շուրջ ծավալվող վեճերին․
«Նոյեմբերին տարբեր երկրների ներկայացուցիչներ և հայ բանտարկյալներ կլինեն նույն քաղաքում։ Ոչ միանշանակ համատեքստում Բաքուն նշանակվել է COP29-ի անցկացման վայր։ 2023 թվականի վերջին կայացած բանակցությունների արդյունքում Հայաստանը համաձայնել է աջակցել Ադրբեջանի հայտին՝ բնապահպանական հարցերով առավել կարևոր համարվող այս միջոցառումն անցկացնելու վերաբերյալ: Փոխարենը հայկական կողմին է վերադարձվել շուրջ երեսուն ռազմագերի։
Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը նախկինի պես գտնվում են հարաբերությունների կարգավորման երկար ճանապարհին, որի արդյունքը կլինի խաղաղության պայմանագիրը, որը ենթադրում է տարածքային ամբողջականության փոխադարձ ճանաչում, և ահմանազատման շարունակվող գործընթացը:
Չնայած այս գործընթացում առկա խոչընդոտներին և կողմերի միջև շարունակվող լարվածությանը՝ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին COP29-ին մասնակցելու հրավեր է ուղարկել: Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի (ՄՔԴ) նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Մորենո Օկամպոն նշում է, որ Ադրբեջանի ռեժիմը բռնապետություն է և վստահեցնում է, որ COP29-ը հնարավորություն է միջազգային հանրության համար ճնշում գործադրել այդ երկրի վրա՝ Մարդու իրավունքների հարցերում:
Բռնահանումից հետո դատարկվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը։ Մորենո Օկամպոն վստահ է հայ բնակչության վերադարձի հնարավորության հարցում, չնայած կարծում է, որ Արցախի գերիներին պահելը հստակ ուղերձ է Ադրբեջանից այն մասին, որ նրանց նույնքան տանջալի ճակատագիր է սպասվում, եթե նրանք վերադառնան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ:
Երկրների լայն շրջանակ պահանջում է ազատ արձակել հայ բանտարկյալներին կամ, հակառակ դեպքում, միջազգային չափանիշներով դատավարություններ անցկացնել։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանում ապօրինի պահվող գերիներին, Մորենո Օկամպոն վստահեցնում է. «նրանք ռազմագերիներ չեն, նրանք ցեղասպանության զոհ են, որոնք գերեվարվել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից տեղահանվելու փորձի ժամանակ:
