Արտավազդ Մ․-ն արմնական վնասվածքներ և հոգեկան ուժեղ տառաանք է պատճառել իրենից կախվածության մեջ գտնվող մորը։ Այս մասին Iravaban.net-ը տեղեկանում է «Դատալեքս» դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից։

Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Արտավազդ Մ․-ն տարբերաբար, քննությամբ չարզված օրերին և ժամերին, տարբեր կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վեճերի ընթացքում, բազմաթիվ անգամ հարվածներ է հասցրել մոր մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ և մարմնական վնասվածքներ, ինչպես նաև մահվանից մոտ 5-7 օրվա վաղեմությամբ սալջարդ վերք ձախ նախաբազկի վերին, միջին երրորդականների հետին մակերեսին։

2024 թվականի փետրվարի 19-ին՝ ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում, հերթական անգամ անտեսելով տարեց մոր ֆիզիկապես անպաշտպան վիճակը, ձեռքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել վերջինիս, ապա տարեց մորն անօգնական վիճակում գցելով հատակին հեռացել է, որի հետևանքով նա սուր կորոնար անբավարարությունից մահացել է:

Գործը դատարան է ստացվել հունիսի 5-ին և մակագրվել Կոտայքի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Դիանա Ղուկեյանին։

Արտավազդ Մ․-ին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 196-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետի (անձին ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ կամ հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք պատճառելը, եթե դա չի առաջացրել սույն օրենսգրքի 166-րդ կամ 167-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված հետևանքները, և եթե բացակայում են սույն օրենսգրքի 450-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված հանցանքի հատկանիշները, որը կատարվել է հանցավորից նյութական կամ այլ կախվածության մեջ գտնվողի նկատմամբ) հատկանիշներով։ Պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ՝ երեքից յոթ տարի ժամկետով:
