Ծայրահեղ շոգը Եվրոպայում տարեկան 175 000 մարդու կյանք է խլում. ԱՀԿ

Տապի հետ կապված մահացության մակարդակը վերջին 20 տարվա ընթացքում 30 %-ով աճել է Եվրոպայի 53 երկրներում, իսկ տապի պատճառով մահացողների տարեկան թիվը գերազանցում է 175 000-ը։ Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության (ԱՀԿ) եվրոպական տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի տնօրեն Հանս Կլյուգեն։Նշվում է, որ տարածաշրջանի 53 երկրներում 2000-2019 թթ. ընկած ժամանակաշրջանում տապի պատճառով տարեկան մահացել է ավելի քան 175 000 մարդ։
Աշխարհում այս ցուցանիշը կազմել է շուրջ 489 000 մարդ, Եվրոպայի բաժինը կազմել է 36 %: Ցուցանիշը մեծանում է տարածաշրջանի գրեթե բոլոր այն երկրներում, որտեղ մոնիթորինգ է իրականացվում:Տարածաշրջանում օդի ջերմաստիճանը բարձրանում է համաշխարհային միջին ցուցանիշից մոտավորապես կրկնակի ավելի արագ։ Դիտարկումների պատմության ընթացքում երեք ամենատաք տարիները գրանցվել են 2020 թվականից ի վեր, իսկ 10 ամենատաք տարիները՝ 2007 թվականից ի վեր ընկած ժամանակահատվածում:
Կլյուգեն հիշեցնում է, որ «ծայրահեղ բարձր ջերմաստիճանները խորացնում են քրոնիկական հիվանդությունները, ներառյալ սրտանոթային, շնչառական և ուղեղի անոթային հիվանդությունները, շաքարախտի հետ կապված հիվանդությունները»: ԱՀԿ-ի տարածաշրջանային տնօրենը ռիսկի խմբերին խորհուրդ է տալիս զով պահել բնակարանը, տնից դուրս գալիս գտնվել ստվերում, խուսափել ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածությունից օրվա ամենաշոգ ժամանակ և պահպանել հեղուկի հավասարակշռությունն օրգանիզմում՝ զերծ մնալով քաղցր, ալկոհոլային կամ կոֆեին պարունակող ըմպելիքներ օգտագործելուց:
