ՌԴ Դաշնային խորհուրդը վավերացրել է ԵԱՏՄ-ում էլեկտրոնային առևտրի մասին արձանագրությունը

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնային խորհուրդը լիագումար նիստում հավանություն է տվել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) Մաքսային օրենսգրքի մասին պայմանագրում փոփոխության վերաբերյալ արձանագրությանը՝ մաքսային սահմանով էլեկտրոնային առևտրի ապրանքների տեղաշարժման հարցի կարգավորման համար։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է «Վեդոմոստի» պարբերականը:
Վավերացվող արձանագրությունն ստորագրվել է 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 25-ին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության պետությունների ղեկավարների կողմից։ Այնտեղ սահմանված են ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում էլեկտրոնային առևտրի կարգավորման առանձնահատկությունները, և նախատեսված է նոր ինստիտուտի՝ էլեկտրոնային առևտրի օպերատորի ստեղծում։
Փաստաթուղթը սահմանում է ԵԱՏՄ անդամ յուրաքանչյուր պետության իրավունքը՝ սահմանելու էլեկտրոնային առևտրի ապրանքների ավելացված արժեքի հարկ և անմիջականորեն ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից ներկրվող էլեկտրոնային առևտրի ապրանքների անմաքս շեմ սահմանելու հնարավորություն։
Համապատասխան օրինագիծը ՌԴ Պետդումա էր ներկայացվել հուլիսի 2-ին, ընդունվել էր հուլիսի 23-ին:
