Արտակարգ դեպք՝ Արարատի մարզում․ տղամարդը ծեծի է ենթարկվել․ մանրամասներ

Հուլիսի 28-ին, վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Այդ օրը ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Արտաշատ քաղաքի Մյասնիկյան փողոցում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզի բնակիչները 52-ամյա Ռոբերտ Գ․-ի, 29-ամյա Սերժ Դ․-ի, և 32-ամյա Վանուշ Վ․-ի միջև, որի ընթացքում Սերժ Դ․-ն և Վանուշ Վ․-ն ծեծի են ենթարկել Ռոբերտ Գ․-ին, իսկ վերջինս նախազգուշական կրակոց է արձակել օդ:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն մեկնել են ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության պետի պարտականությունների ժամանակավոր կատարող Տեր-Մարգարյանը և ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի պետ Գոռ Մանուկյանը:Արդեն տեղում Ռոբերտ Գ․-ի կինը, Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 51-ամյա Կարինե Պ․-ն և Ռոբերտ Գ․-ն հայտնել են, որ հուլիսի 27-ին ժամը 23։15-ի սահմաններում տուն վերադառնալու ժամանակ նկատել են իրենց տան հարևանությամբ վիճաբանող անձանց, որոնք նաև բարձրաձայն հնչեցրել են հայհոյանքներ և Ռոբերտ Գ․-ն մոտենալով նրանց նկատողություն է արել վերջիններիս, որից հետո Սերժ Դ․-ն և Վանուշ Վ․-ն հարվածներ են հասցրել Ռոբերտ Գ․-ին, իսկ նա իր անվամբ հաշվառված «Վալտեր» տիպի գազային ատրճանակից նախազգուշական կրակոց է արձակել դեպի օդ:
Ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ վիճաբանությանը մասնակից է եղել նաև Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 31-ամյա Արման Մ․-ն: Ոստիկանությունը ձեռնարկվում է միջոցառումներ Սերժ Դ․-ին, Վանուշ Վ․-ին և Արման Մ․-ին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնում ձևակերպվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
