Իրանի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Մոհամմադ Բաղերին հայտարարել է, որ Իրանը պաղեստինյան ՀԱՄԱՍ շարժման քաղբյուրոյի ղեկավար Իսմայիլ Հանիե արյունն առանց վրեժի չի թողնի: Այս մասին գրում է Tasnim-ը:

Նշենք, որ Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենիամին Նեթանյահուն հեռուստատեսային հայտարարության ժամանակ ասել է, որ Իսրայելը «ջախջախիչ հարվածներ» է հասցրել իր թշնամիներին վերջին մի քանի օրվա ընթացքում։ 

«Չարի առանցքի երեք ճյուղերն են հութիները, ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը և Հեզբոլլահը: Վերջին մի քանի օրվա ընթացքում մենք ջախջախիչ հարվածներ ենք հասցրել նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրին և մաքրել ենք հաշիվները նրանց հետ: Եմ մենք կմաքրենք հաշիվները ցանկացած մեկի հետ, ով կվնասի մեզ, կսպանի մեր երեխաներին, քաղաքացիներին: Ցանկացած մեկը, ով կվնասի մեր երկրին, կլինի սեփական մահվան պատասխանատուն», - ասել է Նեթանյահուն:

Հուլիսի 30-ի երեկոյան Իսրայելի բանակը հայտարարել էր Բեյրութին հարված հասցնելու մասին՝ նշելով, որ այդ նպատակային գործողության հետևանքով սպանվել է լիբանանյան «Հեզբոլլահ» շարժման բարձրաստիճան հրամանատար Ֆուադ Շուքրը։ Ըստ իսրայելցի զինվորականների՝ նա եղել է «Հեզբոլլահ»-ի առաջնորդ Հասան Նասրալլայի աջ ձեռքը և պատասխանատու էր օրերս Իսրայելի վրա հարձակման համար, որի հետևանքով զոհվել էր 12 դեռահաս։ Շուքրի հետ միասին զոհվածների թվում է եղել իրանցի ռազմական խորհրդական Միլադ Բեյդին:

Մինչդեռ հուլիսի 31-ին Թեհրանում սպանվել է պաղեստինյան ՀԱՄԱՍ շարժման քաղբյուրոյի ղեկավար Իսմայիլ Հանիեն։ ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը դրա համար մեղադրել է Իսրայելին։ Իսրայելը չի ստանձնել նրա սպանության պատասխանատվությունը։
