Հայաստանը կողմնորոշվել է ատոմակայանի հարցում դեպի Արևմուտք

Հայաստանում նոր ատոմակայանի կառուցման համար առանձին ընկերություն կստեղծվի։ Որոշումն ընդունվեց ՀՀ կառավարության այսօրվա նիստի ժամանակ։ Ընկերությունը կհամապատասխանի ԱԷՄԳ-ի չափանիշներին, դրանց համաձայն էլ կանցկացվի կադրերի ընտրությունը։ 2024 թվականի համար ծախսերը կկազմեն 200 մլն դրամ (մոտ 500 հազար դոլար)։
Փաստաթղթում նշվում է, թե նոր կազմակերպությունը պետք է համեմատական ուսումնասիրություն անցկացնի բոլոր առաջարկվող տեխնոլոգիաների և տեխնիկատնտեսական հիմնավորումների միջև, որի հիման վրա կներկայացնի տեխնոլոգիայի ընտրության վերաբերյալ իր մասնագիտական առաջարկը։
Կազմակերպությունը պետք է բանակցի և նախապատրաստի նոր միջուկային էներգաբլոկ/ների կառուցման, ֆինանսավորման, տիրապետման և շահագործման հետ կապված փաստաթղթերը: Հայաստանում նոր ատոմակայան կառուցելու հարցում, ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էին, բանակցություններ են վարել ԱՄՆ, ՌԴ և Հարավային Կորեայի ընկերությունների հետ։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխող Փաշինյանը կողմնորոշվել է դեպի Արևմուտք։
Չի բացառվում, որ շարժական ատոմակայան ձեռքբերելու որոշում կայացվի Հարավային Կորեայից։ Նախօրեին տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունից հայտնել էին, թե ամերիկյան ընկերությունը Հայաստանում տեխնիկատնտեսական հետազոտություն է իրականացնում փոքր մոդուլային ատոմակայանի կառուցման նպատակահարմարության վերաբերյալ։
«Ամերիկյան հեղինակավոր ընկերություններից մեկն ԱՄՆ կառավարության պատվերով հայկական կողմի հետ համատեղ իրականացնում է տեխնիկատնտեսական հետազոտություն ամերիկյան արտադրողների կողմից առաջարկվող փոքր մոդուլային տեխնոլոգիաների վերաբերյալ։
Հետազոտության նպատակն է բացահայտել, թե որ արտադրողի տեխնոլոգիան է առավելապես հարմար Հայաստանի կարիքների բավարարմանը, և թե Հայաստանի պարագայում ինչ տեխնոլոգիա և ինչ հզորության կայանն առավել արդյունավետ և տնտեսապես շահավետ կլինի»:
Գերատեսչությունը չի նշում ամերիկյան ընկերության անվանումը։ Նշվում է նաև, որ հետազոտությունը նախատեսվում է ավարտել ամենաուշը 2025 թվականի գարնանը։
