44-օրյա պատերազմի քննիչ հանձնաժողովը գրեթե ավարտել է զեկույցը, որն այժմ ավարտական փուլի է բերվում, որից հետո մեծ շուքով ներկայացնելու են հանրությանը։ ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի խոսքով, զեկույցն 90 տոկոսով ավարտված վիճակում է: «Դա նշանակում է մեծ ծավալի աշխատանք, որովհետև 1,5 տարի մենք աշխատեցինք, և դրա զգալի մասը տվյալ նստաշրջանի աշխատանքի մեջ է ներառված եղել»,- ասել է Քոչարյանը։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, հանձնաժողովն ամեն ինչ արել է, որպեսզի 44-օրյա պատերազմում կրած պարտության գլխավոր մեղավոր կարգեն բարձրագույն զինվորականությանը։ Պատերազմի ավարտից անմիջապես հետո գրեթե բոլոր փորձագետները նշում էին, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին քավության նոխազներ են հարկավոր՝ մեղադրանքի սլանքներն իր վրայից հեռացնելու համար։ Ամենահարմար թեկնածուն հայ զինվորականությունն էր, որին էլ վերջին երկու տարում գումարվել է Ռուսաստանը։ Ըստ այդմ, հանձնաժողովն ամեն ջանք գործադրել է, որ պարտության մեղքը բարդի զինվորականության, ռուսական պաշտոնական շրջանակների վրա։ Մասնավորապես, զեկույցում կարմիր թելով անցնելու է այն իշխանական կեղծ նարատիվը, թե որոշ բարձրաստիճան զինվորականներ ՌԴ հատուկ ծառայությունների դրդմամբ Հայաստանը տարել են պարտության։
