ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում հետախուզում է հայտարարվել Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչ 41-ամյա Արմեն Տոնոյանի նկատմամբ։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վերջինս կասկածվում է հուլիսի 26-ին Շիրակի մարզում ողբերգական ավտովթարի մասնակցության մեջ, ինչի հետևանքով երիտասարդ ամուսիններն ու նրանց անչափահաս որդին մահացել էին, իսկ ստահակը հասցրել էր ըստ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչությունում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների հատել Հայաստանի սահմանը՝ փախնելով Վրաստան։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր SHAMSHYAN.com-ը, ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչությունում և ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ հուլիսի 26-ին Լոռու մարզում ողբերգական ավտովթարի մասնակից «BMW X3» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդ, Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչ 41-ամյա Արմեն Տոնոյանը, երբ «Գյումրի» բժշկական կենտրոն տեղափոխվելիս էր եղել, դիմել էր փախուստի և լքել էր ՀՀ պետական սահմանը:
Պարզվել էր, որ օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները հավաստի էին և նա կարճ ժամանակում էր հասցրել լքել ՀՀ սահմանը, իսկ նրա կողմից վարած ավտոմեքենայում՝ առջևի նստատեղի աջ կողային հատվածում, հայտնաբերվել էր թմրանյութի նմանվող զանգված:
Նրա հետ վթարի պահին եղել էր Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչ 45-ամյա Անդրանիկ Ավագյանը, ում ոստիկանները տեղափոխել էին ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժին, որտեղ էլ նա հայտնել էր, որ մեքենայի սրահում գտնվող թմրանյութի նմանվող զանգվածը պատկանում է իրեն և պահել էր իր մոտ՝ հետագայում օգտագործելու նպատակով:
Թմրանյութի հայտնաբերման փաստով ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր էին ձևակերպվել, որոնք Ա. Ավագյանի հետ ներկայացվել էին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
