Դեբեդ գետում հեռուստալրագրող Արմինե Ճաղարյանի կյանքից զրկվելու դեպքով կին է կանգնել դատարանի առաջ

ArmLur.am-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Վարդուհի Անանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, հանդիսանալով «Վիզիթ Լոռի» ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրեն և հրահանգավորումների անցկացման պատասխանատու անձ, Դեբեդ գետի վարարման ընթացքում գետի վրա կազմակերպել է ռաֆտինգի ծառայություն, որպես թիմի անդամներ ներգրավել է սիրողական անձնակազմ, սահմանված կարգով չի նշանակել պատասխանատու անձ, ուսուցում և հրահանգավորումներ չի անցկացրել, ինչի հետևանքով 2022 թվականի մայիսի 9-ին ժամը 15:30-ի սահմաններում, Դեբեդ գետի Քոբայր-Սանահին կայարան հատվածի 3-րդ կիլոմետրում ռաֆտինգելու ընթացքում քարին հարվածելու հետևանքով Արմինե Ճաղարյանն ընկել է գետը և ջրահեղձման արդյունքում մահացել: Գործը դատարանում է, ընթանում է քննություն:
2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 23-ին ՔԿ-ն հայտնել էր, որ ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի Դեբեդ գետում հեռուստալրագրող Արմինե Ճաղարյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ քրեական հետապնդում է սկսվել և մեղադրանք ներկայացվել ռաֆտինգ կազմակերպած ընկերության տնօրենին։
Նշվում է, որ Դեբեդ գետի վարարման ընթացքում գետի վրա կազմակերպել է ռաֆտինգի ծառայություն, որպես ռաֆտինգ թիմի անդամներ՝ ներգրավել է սիրողական անձնակազմ, սահմանված կարգով չի նշանակել պատասխանատու անձ՝ հրահանգիչ։
«Արմինե Ճաղարյանին նավարկելուց առաջ ռաֆտինգի անվտանգության հրահանգների պահանջներին առնչվող հարցերով սահմանված կարգով գրավոր ուսուցում և հրահանգավորումներ չի անցկացրել, ռաֆտինգից օգտվելու հրահանգների պահանջների վերաբերյալ անվտանգության գծով գիտելիքների ստուգում և հրահանգավորում չի կատարել»,– ասված էր հաղորդագրությունում։
Մեղադրանքն առաջադրվել էր անվտանգության պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող ապրանքներ թողարկելը կամ իրացնելը, աշխատանքներ կատարելը կամ ծառայություններ մատուցելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ: Արդյունքում, Արմինե Ճաղարյանի մահվան գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ռաֆտինգի ընկերության տնօրենին
Հիշեցնենք, որ դեպքը եղել էր 2022 թվականի մայիսի 9-ին։ «Շանթ» հեռուստաընկերությամբ հեռարձակվող «Ճամպրուկս ու ես» հաղորդման վարող Արմինե Ճաղարյանը ողբերգական պատահարի զոհ է դարձել։ Նա Դեբեդ գետում նավակով նկարահանումներ իրականացնելիս գետն է ընկել։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում նշանակված դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ տուժողի մահվան պատճառ է հանդիսացել շնչառական ուղիները հեղուկով փակվելու՝ ջրահեղձման հետևանքով մեխանիկական շնչահեղձությունը:
