Թուրքիան ծաղրում է Հայաստանին

Երեկ Մարգարայի անցակետում տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի կարգավորման գործընթացի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչներ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանի և Սերդար Քըլըչի հանդիպումը։ Ըստ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ի, կողմերը պայմանավորվել են տարածաշրջանային զարգացումներին համապատասխան գնահատել տեխնիկական կարիքները, որոնք հնարավորություն կընձեռեն գործարկել Ախուրիկ/Աքյաքա երկաթուղու սահմանային անցակետը, ինչպես նաև փոխադարձաբար դյուրացնել վիզայի ընթացակարգերը դիվանագիտական/պաշտոնական անձնագրեր ունեցողների համար, հայտարարում է Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարությունը՝ Մարգարա-Ալիջան անցման կետում այսօր տեղի ունեցած բանակցություններից որոշ մանրամասներ ներկայացնելով։
Ըստ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության՝ կողմերը վերստին ընդգծել են կարգավորման գործընթացն առանց որևէ նախապայմանի շարունակելու պայմանավորվածությունը՝ երկու երկրների միջև լիարժեք կարգավորման վերջնական նպատակին հասնելու համար, ինչպես նաև վերահաստատել են նախորդ հանդիպումների ընթացքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները։ Սա Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչների հինգերորդ հանդիպումն էր։
Բոլոր նախորդ հանդիպումներում էլ ընդգծել են «առանց նախապայմանների» արտահայտությունը, բայց բոլոր դեպքերում էլ Թուրքիան նոր նախապայմաններ է առաջ քաշել։ Վստահաբար, այս հանդիպումն այդ իմաստով բացառություն լինել չի կարող։ Առավել ևս, որ առարկայական որևէ պայմանավորվածության այդպես էլ չեն հանգել։
Փաստացի, Թուրքիան լուրջ ախորժակ ունի այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք»-ի հարցով, ու թերևս, այս հանդիպումն էլ անցել է այդ միջանցքի շուրջ քննարկումներով։ Իսկ, թե ինչ իրական պայմանավորվածությունների են հանգել, ինչ է պահանջել Թուրքիան, պարզ կլինի առաջիկայում։
