Անհրաժեշտ է գործուն քայլեր ձեռնարկել անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության ոլորտում երեխաների իրավունքների խախտման դեպքերը բացառելու ուղղությամբ․ ՄԻՊ

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հարկ է համարում ևս մեկ անգամ հիշեցնել, որ վերջին շրջանում սոցիալական ցանցերում լայն տարածում են գտել երեխաների մասնակցությամբ տեսանյութեր, որոնք առիթ են դառնում երեխային թիրախավորելու և բուլինգի ենթարկելու համար: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից։
«Հարկ է նկատի ունենալ, որ նման տեսանյութերը հանդիսանում են երեխաների անձնական տվյալների հանրայնացում, ինչի հետևանքով երեխաները թիրախավորվում ու առավել խոցելի են դառնում:
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը վերը նշված հանգամանքներն անթույլատրելի է համարում։
ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմի մշտադիտարկման արդյունքներով, երբեմն, անձնական տվյալները հրապարակվում են առանց երեխաների և նրանց օրինական ներկայացուցիչների իմացության ու իրազեկ համաձայնության, ինչն անթույլատրելի է ու ոչ իրավաչափ:
Պաշտպանը հորդորում է զերծ մնալ երեխաների մասնակցությամբ նման նյութերի պատրաստումից, հրապարակումից և տարածումից:
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը խիստ կարևորում է երեխաների իրավունքների, այդ թվում՝ երեխաների անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության երաշխավորումը: Երեխաների մասնակցությամբ լուսանկարների և տեսանյութերի հրապարակումը պետք է իրականացվի երեխայի «լավագույնի շահի» ապահովմամբ և «մի՛ վնասիր» սկզբունքով:
Նրանց անձնական տվյալները հրապարակելիս, տեղեկատվական հաղորդակցման ցանցերում տեղադրելիս կամ այլ եղանակով անձնական տվյալներն այլ անձի մատչելի դարձնելիս` պետք է խստորեն պահպանել անձնական տվյալները երրորդ անձանց հասանելի դարձնելու՝ միջազգային և ներպետական օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված պահանջները։
Պաշտպանը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծում է, որ անհրաժեշտ է գործուն քայլեր ձեռնարկել անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության ոլորտում երեխաների իրավունքների խախտման դեպքերը բացառելու ուղղությամբ, իրականացել յուրաքանչյուրի, և, հատկապես, երեխայի անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ հանրային իրազեկման արշավներ ու վերապատրաստումներ»:
