Օշական գյուղի 55-ամյա բնակիչը կալանավորվել է՝ համագյուղացուն որսորդական հրացանով մարմնական ծանր վնաս պատճառելու մեղադրանքով:
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հաղորդմամբ, 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 23-ին հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 22-ի երեկոյան Օշականի ձորից «Ձեռքի արմնկային հոդի հրազենային վնասվածքով» բժշկական կենտրոն բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Օշական գյուղի բնակիչ 60-ամյա Կ.Մ.-ն, ով հայտնել է, որ վնասվածքը ստացել է անհայտ անձի կողմից իր վրա կրակելու հետևանքով:
«Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 167-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով (Առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելը) և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (Հրազենի, դրա հիմնական բաղկացուցիչ մասերի, ռազմամթերքի եւ այլ նյութերի, սարքերի, առարկաների ապօրինի շրջանառությունը), նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Նախաքննությամբ կատարված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են տղամարդու՝ հրազենային վնասվածք ստանալու էական հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով տուժողի 55-ամյա համագյուղացին է:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2024թ․ հուլիսի 22-ին՝ ժամը 21:30-ի սահմաններում, Օշական բնակավայրի Մաշտոցի փողոցի հարակից հատվածում վերջինս, գտնվելով ոչ սթափ վիճակում, Կ.Մ.-ին մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառելու դիտավորությամբ, որսորդական հրացանով կրակել է նրա ուղղությամբ՝ վերջինիս պատճառելով առողջության ծանր վնաս համարվող հրազենային վնասվածքներ:
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են որսորդական հրացան, չկրակված փամփուշտներ, արնանման հետքեր, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, առգրավվել են դեպքի պահին տուժողի հագին եղած հագուստները, քրեական վարույթով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ:
Ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանման ծառայողների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած հիշյալ անձը հայտնաբերվել և ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա Օշականի 55-ամյա բնակչի նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով (Առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելը): Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանավորումը։
