СК сообщил о раскрытии обстоятельств убийства лейтенанта Карена Карапетяна

Выяснен ряд обстоятельств убийства военнослужащего Карена Карапетяна, совершенного 9 января 2024 года, в том числе мотив преступления.
Как сообщили Новости Армении - NEWS.am в СК, в результате следственных действий, проведенных в рамках уголовного производства, расследуемого в пятом гарнизонном следственном отделе Главного военного следственного управления Следственного комитета РА, получены фактические данные о том, что мотивом убийства военнослужащего послужила месть.
В частности, было установлено, что в день убийства, 9 января 2024 года, с 04:30 до 05:00, лейтенант К. Карапетян отчитал сослуживца Н.Х. из-за того, что тот заснул на посту, и во время разговора озвучил оскорбление.
Н.Х, не стерпев нанесенного ему оскорбления, из мести, 9 января 2024 года, около 06:00, сдав пост, вошел в землянку на боевой позиции и, зарядив табельный автомат АК-103, подошел к лежащему Карену Карапетяну, после чего сначала произвел одиночный выстрел, а затем очередь, нанеся ему телесные повреждения, несовместимые с жизнью.
Н.Х. предъявлено обвинение по части 1 статьи 155 Уголовного кодекса РА. В качестве меры пресечения был применен арест. Следствие завершено, материалы переданы надзорному прокурору.
