Родители военнослужащих «воинской части химиков», пропавших без вести во время 44-дневной войны, вчера, 29 июля, провели акцию протеста перед СНБ, требуя встречи с директором СНБ Арменом Абазяном. Об этом в беседе с Новости Армении - NEWS.am заявила мать пропавшего без вести военнослужащего Геворга Карапетяна Кима Аветисян, отметив, что их требование остается неизменным.

«Четыре года нет весточки от наших детей. У нас есть видеозаписи наших сыновей, у нас есть факты, что мальчики попали в плен, но государство не может дать нам ответа. За кражу цыпленка судят, а тут виновных никак не могут наказать», - заявила мать военнослужащего.

Кима Аветисян говорит, что не знает, как отвечать на вопросы внука. «Когда единственный сын ушел воевать, внук был грудным младенцем. Сейчас ему четыре года, и он задает вопросы, на которые мне нечего ответить», - говорит мать солдата.

Напомним, что во время 44-дневной войны военнослужащие «воинской части химиков» 21 октября оказались в окружении. 5 из 40 военнослужащих были взяты в плен, 12 убиты, судьба 23 военнослужащих и водителя автобуса остается неизвестной. В связи с инцидентом несколько высокопоставленных военных имеют статус обвиняемых, в том числе генерал Андраник Макарян.
