Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի պատվիրակները հանդիպում են

Հայ-թուրքական կարգավորման գործընթացում երկու կողմերի բանագնացներն այսօր հանդիպում են ունենում Մարգարայի անցակետում, հայ-թուրքական սահմանին։ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանի և Սերդար Քըլըչի վերջին՝ 4-րդ հանդիպումը կայացել էր երկու տարի առաջ՝ 2022 թ. հուլիսին։ Կողմերը պայմանավորվել էին բացել ցամաքային սահմանը երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար ամենասեղմ ժամկետներում:
Պայմանավորվածությունից երկու տարի անց՝ այս հունիսին Ռուբինյանը հայտարարել էր՝ Անկարայի քայլերը չի տեսնում: 5-րդ հանդիպման մասին հայտնի դարձավ միայն երեկ երեկոյան։ Ուշագրավ պատահականությամբ, հանդիպման մասին հայտարարվեց Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանի հայտարարության և Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ բավական կոշտ արձագանքի ֆոնին։ Ռիզե քաղաքում, իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցության ժողովում Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանը, հայտարարել էր, թե Թուրքիան կարող է մտնել Իսրայել, ինչպես դա արեց Լիբիայում և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, պաղեստինցիներին օգնելու համար։
Թուրքիայի նախագահը հայտարարել էր, թե իրենք պետք է շատ ուժեղ լինեն, որպեսզի Իսրայելը չկարողանա անհեթեթ գործողություններ անել Պաղեստինում։ «Ինչպես մտանք Ղարաբաղ, ինչպես մտանք Լիբիա, նույնը կարող ենք նրանց նկատմամբ անել։ Չկա որևէ պատճառ, թե ինչու մենք չենք կարող դա անել։ Մենք պետք է այնքան ուժեղ լինենք, որպեսզի կարողանանք այդ քայլերը ձեռնարկել», - հավելել էր Էրդողանը։
Պաշտոնական Բաքուն ՊՆ բերանով էր արձագանքել, թե Ադրբեջանի «տարածքային ամբողջականության և ինքնիշխանության վերականգնման» հետ կապված ռազմական գործողություններին որևէ երկրի զինվորական անձնակազմի մասնակցության մասին հայտարարություններն անհիմն են, իսկ Թուրքիան միայն քաղաքական աջակցություն է ցուցաբերել։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, մեծ ճոխություն կարելի է համարել Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի միջև հակասությունների մասին եզրակացնելը։ Ավելի շուտ, երկու պետությունները նոր կոմբինացիա են մշակել, որտեղ Թուրքիան ՀՀ իշխանությունների համար հանդես է գալիս որպես «բարի ոստիկան»։ Իսկ նպատակն ամենևին չի փոխվել, այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքն» է։ Թե ինչ են քննարկելու Ռուբինյանն ու Քըլըչը, դեռ վաղ է ասել։
