24 և 29-ամյա երիտասարդները հրազենային վնասվածք են ստացել

Հուլիսի 29-ի ժամը 19.10-ին ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ Առինջ գյուղում գտնվող մի գրասենյակում ինքնաձիգներից կրակոցներ են արձակում:
Ժամը 19.40-ին «Միքայելյան վիրաբուժական ինստիտուտից» է հաղորդում ստացվել. Առինջ գյուղից հրազենային վիրավորումով բուժօգնության էր դիմել նույն գյուղի բնակիչ 29-ամյա երիտասարդ: Րոպեներ անց նույնաբովանդակ հաղորդում «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոնից է ստացվել. շտապօգնության խումբը հրազենային վիրավորումով առինջեցի 24-ամյա երիտասարդի էր բուժօգնության տեղափոխել: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից։
Ահազանգով դեպքի վայր օպերատիվ խումբ է մեկնել:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումներով պարզվել է, որ ժամը 16.30-ին Առինջ գյուղի Մաշտոցի փողոցում անձնական հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել նույն գյուղի բնակիչ 28-ամյա երիտասարդի և 29-ամյա հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածի միջև, որի ընթացքում էլ վերջինս իր «Ֆորդ» մեքենայից գազային ատրճանակով կրակոցներ է արձակել, ինչի հետևանքով էլ հրազենային վնասվածք է ստացել 28-ամյա երիտասարդի 24-ամյա եղբայրը: Այնուհետև քաշքշուկի ընթացքում էլ 28-ամյա երիտասարդը ատրճանակով կրակոցներ արձակել և մարմնական վնասվածք է պատճառել 29-ամյա համագյուղացուն:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների շնորհիվ, սակայն, պարզվել է, որ 29-ամյա երիտասարդին իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող «Սայգա» տիպի հրազենով կրակել և հրազենային վնասվածքներ էր պատճառել 28-ամյա երիտասարդի հայրը՝ Առինջ գյուղի բնակիչ 48-ամյա տղամարդը: Հուլիսի 30-ի գիշերը՝ ժամը 1-ին, նա ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին, ապա կազմված փաստաթղթերի հետ ներկայացվել է Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի մի շարք հոդվածների հատկանիշներով քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել:
Իրականացված վարույթային գործողությունների ընթացքում 48-ամյա տղամարդու տան բակում հայտնաբերվել է «Սայգա» տեսակի երեք հրազեն: Տղամարդը հայտնել է, որ նրանցից մեկով կրակել և մարմնական վնասվածք է պատճառել 29-ամյա համագյուղացուն:
Առինջ գյուղի բնակիչ 48-ամյա տղամարդը և 28-ամյա որդին ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել են ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր:
Նախաքննությամբ հանգամանքները պարզվում են:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
