Արամ Խաչատրյան փողոցում տեղի ունեցած սպանության փորձի մեղադրանքով կալանավորվել է տուժողի ծանոթը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացված քննչական և ապացուցողական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է Արամ Խաչատրյան փողոցում տեղի ունեցած սպանության փորձի դեպքը, պարզվել մի շարք էական հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1975թ. ծնված Գ.Ա.-ն:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ 2024թ. հուլիսի 20-ին հրազենային վնասվածքներով բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել Երևան քաղաքի 37-ամյա բնակիչ:
Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ վերջինս հրազենային վնասվածքներն ստացել է Երևան քաղաքի Արամ Խաչատրյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկի բակում:
Քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ Գ.Ա.-ն, անձնական հարցի կապակցությամբ տուժողի հետ նախկինում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության պատճառով, մտադրվել է կյանքից ապօրինի զրկել 37-ամյա ծանոթին:
Այդ նպատակով դեպքի օրը՝ ժամը 15:22-ի սահմաններում, Գ.Ա.-ն քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված օրը և հանգամանքներում ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք բերված ու իր մոտ պահած հրազենով զինված, Երևան քաղաքի Արամ Խաչատրյան փողոցում կանգնեցրել է նույն հատվածով երթևեկող 35-ամյա տուժողի «Հոնդա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, ապա վերջինիս կյանքից զրկելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ, բաց պատուհանից հրազենով կրակոցներ է արձակել նրա ուղղությամբ՝ պատճառելով վնասվածքներ, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցրել:
ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանման ծառայողների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում Գ.Ա.-ն հայտնաբերվել է և, հանցագործություն կատարելու հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով, ձերբակալվել:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա վերջինիս նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և մեղադրանք առաջադրվել։
Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից միջնորդություն է հարուցվել դատարան՝ Գ.Ա.-ի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորում ընտրելու մասին, որը բավարարվել է:
