Ծնողը բողոք չունի․ երեխայի նկատմամբ բռնnւթյուն գnրծադրած դաuտիարակն ազատ կարձակվի

Ուրբաթ օրը՝ հուլիսի 26-ին, մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացրեց Փոքր Վերդիի մանկապարտեզում երեխայի նկատմամբ բռնություն գորածդրելու հանգամանքը։ Համացանցում տեսանյութ էր տարածվել, որում երևում էր՝ ինչպես է դաստիարակը ծեծում երեխային, քանի որ վերջինս հրաժարվում էր քնել։
Նույն օրը ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանությունը հաղորդագրություն տարածեց, որում նշված էր՝ բռնություն գործադրած դաստիարակը ձերբակալվել է։
Դրանից հետո MediaHub-ը տեղեկացավ, որ դաստիարակին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 119-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով, այն է՝ մարդուն ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ ու հոգեկան տառապանք պատճառել։
Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ դեպքի հաջորդ օրը երեխայի հայրը հրավիրվել էր քննչական՝ որպես տուժողի ներկայացուցիչ հարցաքննվելու։
MediaHub-ի տեղեկություններով՝ երեխայի ծնողները հրաժարվել են բողոք ներկայացնել։ Նրանք նշել են, որ Փոքր Վեդին փոքր համայնք է, բոլորը բոլորին «ճանաչում են, սա էլ դեպք է, պատահել է, ամոթ է բողոք ներկայացնելը»։ Ուստի, քիչ անց, երբ լրանա ձերբակալության 72 ժամը, դաստիարակի խափանման միջոցը կփոխվի, և նա ազատ կարձակվի։
Նշենք նաև, որ MediaHub-ի տեղեկություններով՝ դաստիարակը ընտանիքի մտերիմներից է, և դա կաշկանդում է երեխայի ծնողներին։ Բացի այդ, նրանք նաև զգուշացվել են, որ չպետք է բողոքեն, քանի որ դաստիարակը կապեր ունի Վեդիի համայնքապետ Գարիկ Սարգսյանի հետ։
Մեր աղբյուրները վստահեցնում են՝ ընտանիքն ուզում է, որ դաստիարակը պատիժ կրի, քանի որ հարցը հանրային հնչեղություն է ստացել, և արդեն նաև պատվի հարց է, բայց այս պահին իրենք կաշկանդված են, և հույս ունեն, որ իրավապահները հաշվի կառնեն տեսանյութը, և առանց իրենց բողոքի էլ իրավական հետևանք կլինի։
Հիշեցնենք, որ շաբաթ օրը՝ հուլիսի 27-ին, MediaHub-ը զրուցել էր երեխայի արյունակից հարազատներից մեկի հետ, որը ևս իր խոսքում նշել էր, որ հիմա իրենք չգիտեն ինչ անել, քանի որ համայնքը փոքր է, վաղը իրար աչքերի մեջ նայելու և բարևելու հարց է առաջանալու։ Բայց և այնպես, նա էլ էր նշել, որ այս ու նմանատիպ հարցերի լուծումն այն կլինի, որ մանկապարտեզներում տեսախցիկներ տեղադրվեն, ու ծնողները հետևեն՝ ինչպես է անցնում երեխաների օրը։
