Հայաստանում արձանագրվել է բոտուլիզմի դեպք. ինչ է հարկավոր անել թունավորումից խուսափելու համար

Հուլիսի 16-ին Արմավիրի մարզում արձանագրվել է բոտուլիզմի 1 դեպք՝ 2 տուժածով: Ներկա պահին տուժածները ստանում են բուժօգնություն։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱՆ հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնից:
Բոտուլիզմը սննդային ծանր թունավորում է, որն արտահայտվում է կենտրոնական և վեգետատիվ նյարդային համակարգի ախտահարումով: Հիվանդության հարուցիչը գտնվում է արտաքին միջավայրում` հողի մեջ սպորների ձևով, որտեղից էլ անցնում է բանջարեղենի, կանաչեղենի և այլ մթերքի վրա: Նշված հարուցչի աճի և զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ են անօդ պայմաններ` 20-37 0C ջերմաստիճան և 4.6-ից բարձր թթվայնություն (pH) ունեցող միջավայր, որտեղ սպորները վերածվում են վեգետատիվ ձևերի, բազմանում և արտադրում են թույն` բոտուլինատոքսին: Այդ պայմաններում հարուցչի աճը և բազմացումը տեղի է ունենում 3-4 օրվա ընթացքում:
Հարուցչի ոչնչացումը կատարվում է միայն հատուկ սարքերում` ավտոկլավներում, բարձր ճնշման (1.5-2 մթնոլորտ) և ջերմության (1200-1300 C) ազդեցության տակ: Բոտուլինատոքսինով ախտահարված սննդամթերքը կարող է չփոխել իր համը, հոտը, գույնը և տեսքը: Հիվանդության գաղտնի շրջանը 2 ժամից մինչև 12 օր է (կարող է տևել մինչև 30 օր): Կլինիկական հիմնական ախտանշաններն են սրտխառնոց, փսխում, փորկապություն, գլխապտույտ, տեսողության խանգարում, երկտեսություն, կոպի իջեցում (պտոզ), բբերի լայնացում (միդրիազ), կլման ակտի խանգարում, ռնգախոսություն, խոսքի խանգարում, բերանի չորություն, սրտի աշխատանքի դանդաղում, շնչառության խանգարում, հավասարակողմ կաթված:
Բոտուլիզմից և դրա ծանր հետևանքներից խուսափելու համար ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը հորդորում է.
-Մի՛ օգտվեք պատահական սննդի կետերից:
-Մի´ օգտագործեք տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պահածոներ:
-Տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պահածոներն օգտագործելուց առաջ ենթարկե´ք ջերմային մշակման` եռացնելով առնվազն 20-25 րոպե:
-Առաջին ախտանշաններն ի հայտ գալուն պես (սրտխառնոց, փսխում, փորկապություն, գլխապտույտ, տեսողության խանգարում, երկտեսություն) անմիջապես դիմե´ք բժշկի, քանի որ ժամանակին ցուցաբերած բժշկական օգնությունը կարող է փրկել հիվանդի կյանքը:
