Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին մտադիր է մինչև 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի վերջ մշակել գործողությունների ծրագիր՝ Ուկրաինայում խաղաղության հասնելու համար։ Այս մասին նա խոսել է Ճապոնիայի հանրային հեռուստատեսությանը (NHK) տված հարցազրույցում, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
«Ես համապատասխան խնդիր եմ դրել իմ վարչակազմի և մեր դիվանագիտական թիմի առաջ, կարծում եմ, որ պլանը պատրաստ կլինի նոյեմբերի վերջին», – մեջբերում է նրա խոսքերը հեռուստաալիքը։
Զելենսկին վստահություն է հայտնել, որ ուկրաինական բանակի հզորացումը, առաջին հերթին ԱՄՆ-ի աջակցությունը և Ռուսաստանի վրա միջազգային դիվանագիտական ճնշումը «երեք բաղադրիչներ են, որոնք պատերազմը կբերեն արդար ավարտի»։
Ուկրաինայի նախագահն ասել է, որ հակամարտությունը սառեցնելու ոչ պաշտոնական առաջարկներ է ստացել, սակայն ընդգծել է, որ չի կարող ընդունել դրանք։ Նա նաև հավելել է, որ գործողությունների ծրագրի հիմքում լինելու է Ուկրաինայի տարածքային ամբողջականության հարցը, և այդ թեման կքննարկվի շահագրգիռ երկրների հետ։
