Երևանը խուսափում է «3+3» ձևաչափով հանդիպումներից

Պաշտոնական Երևանը դեռ չի կողմնորոշվել` մասնակցելու է Թուրքիայում կայանալիք «3+3» ձևաչափով ԱԳ նախարարների առաջիկա հանդիպմանը, թե ոչ։ ««3+3» ձևաչափով տարածաշրջանային հարթակի երրորդ հանդիպման և ՀՀ հնարավոր մասնակցության վերաբերյալ հստակ պայմանավորվածության առկայության պարագայում հանրությունը կիրազեկվի պատշաճ ժամկետում»,- հայտնում է ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայությունը։
Հայաստանում Իրանի դեսպան Մեհդի Սոբհանին հայտարարել էր, որ «3+3» ձևաչափով արտգործնախարարների հաջորդ հանդիպումը տեղի կունենա Թուրքիայում մոտ ժամանակներս: Չի բացառվում, որ հայկական կողմը, արևմտյան ճնշումների ազդեցության տակ հրաժարվի այդ ձևաչափով հանդիպումներից։
«3+3» հարթակը ենթադրում է Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի, Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարների մասնակցություն։ Վրաստանը նախկինի պես հրաժարվում է միանալ այս հարթակին։ Այս ձևաչափով առաջին նիստը տեղի է ունեցել 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Մոսկվայում՝ Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի, Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի փոխարտգործնախարարների մակարդակով։ Երկրորդ նիստը տեղի է ունեցել 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերին` Իրանում։ Այնուհետ հայտարարվեց, որ հաջորդ հանդիպումը կայանալու է Թուրքիայում։ Այս ձևաչափը ենթադրում է տարածաշրջանային հարցերի կարգավորում՝ տարածաշրջանի երկրների միջոցով, ինչին, բնականաբար, դեմ են արտահայտվում արևմտյան առաջատար գերտերությունները։ Իսկ այսօր Հարավային Կովկասում միակ երկիրը, որ դեռևս շարունակում է գտնվել Արևմուտքի ճնշման ներքո, այն էլ՝ ինքնակամ, Հայաստանն է։ Վրաստանի իշխանությունները բռնել են ՌԴ հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու քաղաքականություն, ինչը բոլորովին չի բխում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շահերից։
